Alcohol intolerance suggests that your liver is not clearing the alcohol out of your body as quickly as it should. This may well be due to taking Zoloft. Taking any drugs or chemicals (prescription or otherwise) puts stress on your liver.
To improve your liver's performance and help protect it against chemical damage (yes, this is supported by research) take Milk Thistle (St Mary's Thistle; Silybum marianum). It really helps with alcohol tolerance too - I take it before and after parties.
To help clear the residue of the Zoloft (and other chemicals) from your body, and therefore help your liver get back into tune, start each day with a large glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon - taken on an empty stomach. Can sweeten with honey if needed. Can add grated ginger if you have poor circulation (cold hands and feet), or if you have painful joints. Drink lots of water during the day. Drink green tea. Minimise saturated fats (meat and dairy), and increase fish, nuts, fresh fruit and veg.
I hope this helps, and wish you all the best.
