Any more tecnical aspects of Negative Gearing of Investment properties?
Australian financial institutions and the Residential Real Estate market, other than to acrue a "loss" statement on each property to lower your marginal tax rate and net income any other tricky benefits available to the average consumer.

Yeah - it's unavailable to overseas residents, so forget applying negative gearing towards that property in southern France when you're living in the USA, for example.
