    N Ireland 211,000 poles with a reserve 320 poles.

    S Ireland 1.36 mil + 1, 250 reserved.

    The closest one can come to the answer is probably

    Eircom have over 1,000,000 Creosoted Telegraph Poles standing in Ireland and of these more than 100,000 installed prior to 1930 are still giving good service.
