• Does anyone else hate freeview tv?

    it is filled with advertisements all over the place!! on every channel virtually, i'm sick of watching something only to be interrupted by constant advertisement breaks!, the advert breaks are regular and long now too. is sky much better or is it the same with advertisements everywhere on most channels?

    1) It makes employees unhappy because when you give in to an abusive customer you're showing that you don't value the employees.

    2) It gives abusive customers an unfair advantage. Giving in to them sends the message that they can always get what they want if they act out.

    3) Some customers are just bad for business because it ends up costing more money to make them happy than you would make off their business.

    4) It results in worse customer service. Putting customers ahead of the employees more than the customers shows that you don't value the employees. Put the employees first and then they'll put the customer first.

    Companies have to change with society or they won't make it in the world, with that being said, companies using social media is still relatively new, with a lot of companies not knowing that they can get a ton more traffic with social media than making a commercial.
