....I am a retired police officer. I retired as a sergeant, after 29 years, from a very large department, about 12,000 officers. I was a patrol officer for 4 years in a very diverse area. I was a tactical officer in the high rise project areas of my city. We called it vertical patrol in that we walked the the stairways of the high rises most of the time. I did that for 5 years and was promoted by test to detective. I worked violent crime (homicide, sex, officer involved shootings, robbery, kidnapping, serious non property incidents) for 11 years until I was promoted to sergeant. I worked as a street supervisor, a bicycle patrol supervisor and a desk sergeant/watch commander.
During my time as a tactical officer and a detective I was a unit representative for the police union.
I have a B.A in English and an M.S. in Law Enforcement Administration....

  • Why do police officers always shoot black people?

Why don't they try hiding the black persons food stamps underneath his work boots? It's much more satisfying and less public outcry to do it that way.

I have anxiety, depression, no friends, not close to any family member and don't have a boyfriend, I'm struggling to cope with life, can't get a job, I'm 18, I have no future, I have no level 2 or above qualifications as I failed GCSEs, I'm doing functional skills in English and maths level 1 and 2 now but I was hoping to go to uni but feel **** about having no GCSEs, I'm scared of never reaching uni, I'm scared of staying on minimum wage jobs for the rest of my life even though I can't even get one now, I can see myself being homeless one day, my siblings are successful, my cousin is so beautiful and skinny, she's popular too and got money, I sometimes get told I'm pretty, I've had boyfriends but I still see my face and body as disgusting and constantly compare my whole life and looks to everyone else, I wish I was f**king dead. My whole life I've wanted a car/to be able to drive and I can't afford to, don't come at me with bs about public transport because it's expensive and I can't stand it, I'm also one of the only people in my family not to drive, I'm the biggest embarrassment and failure, I only live for my pets but I definitely would not be missed if I was dead, in financially relying on my parents and relying on them for everything else because I have no choice and I hate it so much, I'm 18 ffs!!! I need the pain to stop, all I want is a job, friends, boyfriend, qualifications, a future...

I’m planing on appealing it but if it goes to court could I say that the ticket is wrong or would it be self incriminating to say “the ticket says 70 but I was actually clocked going 71”. I know it’s a crappy thing to do considering officer probably did it just to give me a break but thats the olny infraction on my reccord and I feel like I deserved a warning. Thoughts?

I regularly get solicitors ignoring my sign. Welp, you knoe the old saying "You can chose your actions but you can't chose the consequences?" I'm going to apply that here. All the solicitor has to do when they approach my door is heed my sign and walk away, and that would be the end of it. Once they make the choice to ignore my sign and knock anyway, that opportunity has passed. I've thought up a lot of possibilities for how to start dealing with these people, but here's the simplest and least painful one: Once they start their spiel and are confirmed as a solicitor, I snort up a quarter size loogie and spit it right between their eyes. Then I say: "I have AIDS. Enjoy that." And I slam the door. But what about the consequences of MY actions? Well, unless they are going to work to preserve the loogie long enough to go to the police, there shouldn't be any. Not like spit leaves a mark. Legal consequences come with proof, and this would be their word against mine. Otherwise anyone could call the police on anyone they get angry at, say the person spit on them, and have them hauled off to jail. "Officer, I simply told this person to piss off and they are clearly sore at me, so they invented this whopper they told you." And the reward for ignoring my sign is they have to go pay for an HIV test. (I do not really have AIDS, but this claim should keep the pest up nights while waiting for the test results) Could that work to teach them a lesson they won't soon forget?

  • Whats wrong with frontier justice, street justice, or whatever you want to call it ?

Best answer: And if this known racist happens to be innocent of any crimes then what? I mean, your way would have the man executed with out trial, jury, evidence or even an investigation.

And that’s the problem with frontier justice, there is no burden of proof required. You can be killed based off hear say alone.

She is quite expensive to book as you'd expect and I've never used an escort before but as a one time experience I'm quite interested. Issues are of course STI's (which they say in p*rn isn't a problem but it could be) and the ethical aspect although this is a woman who is paid to have sex on camera. I'm good at chatting up women and have had relationships and stuff and I'm not the usual clientele of old middle aged divorced men looking to bring back their glory days with a young woman in her 20s. Should I go through with it?

He took my registration and stuff, came and said I'd have to remove the front tint OR get a prescription to keep it. I don't wanna remove it and I don't know where to get a prescription. But he didn't tell me when to remove it by and didn't give me a ticket, so do I really have to remove it? Also: you can see through it fine during the day, just not at night.

The new house I'm renting has an attached side shed complete with lighting and a utility sink. Say that I take a large priority mail flat rate box and place a plastic liner at the bottom so moisture won't seep through. I place that box on the floor in my side shed, and leave a roll of toilet paper and hand soap on the utility sink. Then every time I need to take a dump, instead of going to the bathroom, I go to the side shed, pull the light cord, close the door, squat over the box and go in there. Then I wipe, throw the toilet paper in the box, wash my hands in the utility sink, turn off the light and that concludes my business. When the box is close to full, I close it up, slap a shipping label on it addressed to the police station, take it to the post office and mail it. Then I place a new box in the shed and rinse and repeat. And every so often, the police just start getting packages of all my poop. Lol what would come of that?

  • So my friend told me she got fingered and tit licked and gave her bf a bj and her bf wants to have sex with her, IS THIS NORMAL FOR 13 Y/Os?

Best answer: No, this is not normal for a 13 year old (she's really under aged) and she's playing with fire. She does not have the psychological, emotional nor physical maturity for sex, nor sexual activity. Most people start exploring sex around the age of 16/18.
