Best answer: Jesus taught we should seek first the Kingdom of God and then more things shall be added to us. (Matthew 6:33, Luke 12:31). You've just been saved last year. There is still a lot for you to learn, that God wants you to know. There is a relationship to cultivate with God, which you shouldn't neglect. Single hood is the time for you to get close to God, so that you get the necessary knowledge/skills/wisdom/etc for you to be a great mom/wife. You will be preoccupied to get close to God if you only start to learn after you get married. Don't put yourself into a crisis mode if you can avoid it by early preparation.
Based on what you wrote, you haven't described any relationship worth having. Its easy to get married, but very hard to stay married. Its easy to marry for the wrong reasons. Its not possible to lust for the same things for a long time, so if your relationship is based on lust don't be surprised that commitment doesn't last.
In the past and in mordern times, guys still don't need to marry to "get that stuff", if "that stuff" is only all they are after. Easy women have always been in abundance and that is not going to become a rare thing. Don't envy women who bagged a husband by using their sex appeal - they won't keep the advantage for long. There will be always younger women around to lure entice her husband away. You'll want a guy who wants you not because of how sexy you look, but who wants you for what you have in your heart. Your heart is unique, sexiness is not unique.
Men can have little respect for women, so can women have little respect men. If you want to be treated well, learn how to treat people as God teaches us and don't settle for people who disagree with God's opinion.
You said you get depressed about your self worth. Please try to understand God most important commandment is to love Him with all your heart, mind and might. The lesser commandments are then about other human beings. Therefore if you get your priorities wrong, its not surprising it is the thinking process that gets affected first. Your have to unlearn worldly views and learn godly views. The world did not create you, God created you. There are a lot of God's opinion that you have not yet discovered/understood.
Your mom is wrong. A godly man is brought to you by God. A godly man is a man who follows God, it has nothing to do with his occupation. You will run into the path of a man who is a match for you when you start to allow God to lead you towards him. Chasing after men is not following God, it is following after your own ideas. God told us to serve the kingdom of heaven, He never said start by chasing after a life partner. He said when we are faithful in the little things, more shall be added to us. The simplest act of being faithful starts by being a good steward, i.e. tithe faithfully, give generously, help someone God has lead to you....
God will not give you a godly man if you are not even ready. It is not fair on the man to receive a woman who is more of a hindrance than a help-meet. The best marriages are always those that God has confirmed to have brought the couple together. I've heard testimonies of many people who time and time again who waited for God to confirm that their boyfriend/ girlfriend were a match for them - only then did they get engaged and go ahead with planning marriage. These people have very good marriages because they let God lead them.
Some people never get married, because it is just not for them. God knows who they are, so don't worry about whether you will marry or not. It is God's responsibility to worry about making sure we have what we need. You make His effort to provide for you a lot easier for Him if you quit going against what He ask you to do.
