Why the 2018 World Cup was in Russia instead of Australia?
Since the 2002 World Cup was in South Korea and Japan, and 2010 World Cup was in South Africa.

Brazil or Argentina: which is a better team?
Favourite answer:Brazil has a more balanced cast than Argentina.
The great triumph of the Brazilian team is its defense, which is very good.
What is lacking in the Argentine team is its intertwining and its weak defense.

Isn't the biggest factor on how much players are paid is how much revenue is generated?
Favourite answer:Yes it is, American idiots can't seem to understand simple facts. That's why this pay issue is only an issue in America not any other country.

The womens World Cup.?
Favourite answer:Yes, I am generally enjoying it. The standard has risen and England are doing well - that keeps my interest. VAR is a bit annoying and getting it right will prove to be an ongoing art. This World Cup will be a tipping point in the women’s game.

Why isn't the world cup this year receiving as much attention as last year?
Favourite answer:Part of the difference is due to sociological factors. Women playing sports is still frowned upon outside of North America and parts of Europe. Consequently, the women's game generates very little enthusiasm in many areas which keenly support men's soccer.

Why do you think Argentina sucks?
Favourite answer:Funny enough, Lous Van Gaal recently talked about this. In my opinion, the reason Arg struggles is because Messi forces the other players to play his style, nobody can play their game because they always look to pass to Messi. Messi should be the one adapting to the team and not the other way around. They should also look to hire a non-south American coach because all recent have been failures. They need to build a team around one system instead of one player. You disable Messi, you disable Argentina.
They also keep trying the same things instead of doing it differently, If the likes of Higuain, Aguero, etc have been lackluster for the national team, why not give Icardi a chance, why not give a player like Dybala a chance. It was also reported in the last world cup with video proof that Messi and Mascherano were the ones making the decisions, Player power is part of the problem.

Should we Ban VAR?
Favourite answer:Yes it's a stupid addition to the game just like I thought it would be, they aren't eve napplying it properly.
It's supposed to be for clear and obvious errors only, instead we get correct calls reversed into bullshit penalties and red cards.
Any sort of touch in the penalty box and the player goes down and rolls around until the ref stops the game, then they spend 5 minutes reviewing minimal contact or no contact at all, and give a penalty for nothing, it's a load of bs, that's is not what VAR is for.
As it's stands the only thing VAR is good for is offsides.
As for fouls, Refs need to get some balls and stand by their decision cause it's usually correct.

What do you think of Qatar's performance in the Copa America so far?
Favourite answer:The Qatar selection is limited. tied in the premiere against Paraguay, in the second round lost Colombia.
Colombia is a good selection and won Argentina at the premiere.
Now in the last round of the group phase, Qatar will play Argentina.
I think Argentina will win this game, and the Qatar team will be in the last position in this group.

How much revenue does the Women's World Cup make compared to the Men's league ?
Favourite answer:The 2015 Women's World Cup brought in almost $73 million, of which the players got 13%.
The 2010 Men's World Cup in South Africa made almost $4 billion, of which 9% went to the players.
The men's World Cup in Russia generated over $6 billion in revenue,
this Women's World Cup is expected to earn $131 million for the full four-year cycle 2019-22
Case ******* closed.

Why is No one Watching Women World Cup?
Favourite answer:It's like watching an uncompetitive mens league. Some teams are decent and the others are so bad that league 2 players would walk into them. USA just beat Thailand 13-0, says everything about their game tbh. They haven't had the chance to play until more recently so it's very uneven. a lot of football viewers probably don;t watch it and i certainly won't until the standard increases

Could Qatar be a surprise in the Copa America?
Favourite answer:From the looks of the beating they took against Brazil last week, Qatar doesn't measure up to championship standards, not just yet.
