  • Govt.... Will the blacks in the USA (what is left of it) still be whining about 'slavery' 200 years from now?

Best answer: Yes. They blame the fact that many black men abandon family responsibilities and 'trace' that back to families being sold and separated. Actually present day blacks blame everything on slavery.

Hi guys I am a 20 year old girl and I really want to have my own apartment. I ve had roomates for the past three years ever since I moved to college and at this point I am COMPLETELY over it. My parents don t think that it is a good idea but I love the idea. While in my search for an apartment i found a person with a loft (my favorite kind of apartment) for just under 600 dollars a month not including utilities. I work a job while going to school part time, and if I budget correctly I will definitely have enough money to pay the rent without any problem. The problem is going to come later on because the person that I would be subleasing from gets a special rate for the under 600$ a month and in January the rent will go back up to 720$. I feel like I can make it work and it this point I have to since someone is already subleasing my current apartment on the hopes that I will be leaving. I don t want to stress about finances but 1) I have severe misophonia 2) On top of misphonia, severe sound sensitivity 3) Am so over having roomates that I am angered everytime I come home 4) Am a loner that really admires my personal space 5) I have confirmed social anxiety that isn t helped by my coming home to random people all the time and rando s staying here without warning So pretty much the question is with all of these factors into play do YOU think I should move? Sorry for the long essay but it very important that I hear your opinions and that you all have all the information.

  • Would you pay $700,000 for this home?

Would you pay $700,000 for this home?

Best answer: Noway! That is a $350 to $400K house at best, preferably even less than that. I'm guessing it is only a three-bedroom, two bath with an open area on the bottom floor composed of the living/dining/kitchen area. No more than about 2500 sq. ft.

Best answer: This is a spam or phishing email that you can safely ignore. We all get them and after a while you recognise the style.

Of course, you didn't send it yourself, so what happened was that the "from" address for the email was "spoofed". In other words, instead the actual sender's name showing, a "spoof" name was shown as the sender. By using your own name as the from address, the spammers probably hoped that it would evade any spam filters you've got in place. Some years ago when I was writing a computer program for legitimate reasons, I discovered just how easy it is to spoof the sender's email address. I did it by accident (and I'm not going to tell anyone how I did it), but spammers do it deliberately.
