• Will I be able to study in Scotland for free if I am a British Citizen?

I have lived in Australia for 10 years, but used to live in Scotland when I was young. I have family in Scotland who have offered to accomodate me if I choose to go over there. Will it be possible to gain free tuition with my British citizenship despite living in Australia for the majority of my life?

However as you know it is not cheap and I was wondering if there are any cheaper options or if I can get help with my tuition fees. I’ve searched it up and the fees are around £9000 per year and I cannot afford that so I was wondering if there is anyway I can get a student loan there or something. Also I was wondering how I can get a permenant residency in Canada as the university would be a lot cheaper. Please help me I would really appreciate it and thanks in advance. If you could go into as much detail as possible I would appreciate it very much.....

You will be home sick, but is that enough of a reason to not take this opportunity?

If your parents or siblings were injured or ill, you could come back home. If you are doing a foreign student exchange program or attending university here, just make sure you know the procedure for going back home during an emergency.

I understand your concerns, but then you inquire on what to do if an emergency came up. You don’t let it stop you from doing things. Dwelling on such a negative aspect is not healthy. Maybe this is just anxiety about such a huge trip. Being nervous would be normal. But studying abroad can be a great experience

Not all AP chemistry class will be the same. The high school and teacher teaching it will vary the material learned. AP classes do not have a specific curriculum.
My daughter’s AP calculus class was very rigorous. The teacher pushed them to be their best. She scored a 5 on the AB/BC AP exam. That doesn’t mean every AP calculus in every HS across the USA is the same. And taking the AP exam in May is not required. You can take the class without tak8ng the exam. The cost of taking one AP exam is $94

  • Should I study abroad in Aix de Provence France, or Siena Italy?

Best answer: I have been to both but that is irrelevant considering we have different priorities. France... AGAIN or Italy. I say Italy, France is less than 300 miles away, advance your arrival or delay your departure time and visit France again if you want.

I know that we can't derive values, yet we take so much pleasure in going outdoors, speaking with friends, making plans...it's exciting to do those things. What's worse is that even for nihilists, it's impossible not to judge yourself. Am I making the most of it? Some people feel like losers. But think we all die, we're not even a spec of dust compared to the size of this universe and this universe has been around a thousand times longer than we have and will go on for trillions of years after we're gone. It's almost like the human mind must delude itself

  • I'm an American who graduated college 4 years ago; can I go back to school for another degree in England?

Best answer: Generally you will not get a student visa to study for another award at the same level as one you already hold. That rule is in place to prevent people just taking endless degrees to be able to stay in the UK because after living 10 years legally in the UK on any visa you can apply for ILR. To circumvent this problem you might consider doing a Master's. The fact that you have an undergraduate degree in Psychology degree will be helpful. I have a friend that was able to go from Psych undergrad to do a Film Master's. Presume you have a portfolio of work?

I go to a boarding high school and I am friendly, but not friends, with a foreign exchange student who needs a place to stay for a week or more during a break later in the school year. She doesn't have many options in terms of where she could go but I'm not sure if I should let her come or not. She can be quite loud and obnoxious and I'm worried that my family might get annoyed with her and I might have to end up babysitting her. She also doesn't always make smart decisions in terms of drinking and doing drugs so I'm worried I would get involved in something that I don't. I don't get to see my family or friends very often so I was looking forward to having quality rime with them, but I couldn't since I would have to watch and entertain my guest. I want to be a good person and bring her home, but I just don't know if it's worth it. Any advice? Thanks so much!
