Could we become minorities ourselves? I mean if we are outbred like rabbits and our young all follow the sound of this LGBT bandwagon that the gov is literally shoving down our throats. Damn them liberals. Now my Fish pie i believe is ready. The gong has been sounded. A rather jolly nice smell is coming from the Kitchen where my head chef has been working all day. Later I might have a nice white Vino. or perhaps the good people here could suggest something eh?

Best answer: Follow specific directions of that country, that university. Usually you must courier original documents. School transcripts must be sent directly by the school, no copies accepted, and no transmission direct from applicant accepted. If docs are not in the language of the country where you want to go to school, expect to have your school send transcripts, documentations, to a recognized, or authorized, transcript evaluation organization (e.g. WES), and you will need official translations by a competent authority - you cannot translate them yourself.

Obviously, when sending original documents, you need to use a reputable international document courier like DHL, FedEx, UPS.

Best answer: NO state can "forbid" federal arrest, detention, deportation, etc. Not for any crime, not even for violating visa/immigration laws. They might try to avoid assisting federal law enforcement authorities, but if there's a court order, they cannot avoid obeying a court order! They must cooperate with arrest & detention by federal authorities when there's a court order, regardless of any state or local policy or ordinance.

So-called "samctuary" laws have very limited use, applicability. While "sanctuary" cities or states might not notify federal authorities when they arrest an illegal alien or other visa/immigration violator, they MUST cooperate with court orders, and they cannot forbid, prevent, impede, etc, any federal law enforcement action.

Plenty of illegal aliens are rounded up by federal law enforcement (including immigration-law enforcement) in their "sanctuary" cities/states. And they get detained (jailed), deported, and barred from reentry to US. States have no jurisdiction over this.

Also note Gomez was arrested in Mexico, where he apparently fled to evade prosecution. He was extradited to US under US & Mexican law to face criminal charges & trial. NY State has no jurisdiction. He cannot get bail since he proved he can & will flee to avoid prosecution - and he was extradited. He cannot qualify for any bail & must be held for trial.
