Hi. I have an electric guitar and amp, and i tried filming myself playing using an iPhone. Obviously without surprise, the sound quality is terrible. I see Youtubers play guitar and the quality sounds really good. I want to know how i can record a video of myself on my computer and connect my guitar to it. I know that i can just get a guitar cable to aux adapter, but i would then have to go back to the recorded video and pair up the recorded sound to the video perfectly. I want something that will record me with a camera, but also record the guitar during real time without using an external microphone. I also want to be able to play a backing track in the background while i play and for it to record it at the same time as well. Thanks for any help.

  • How do you convert DV to another form?

I've been told that if I wanted to convert my mini DV tapes to an newer form like digital or DVD, I could go to some store and pay for someone to do it for me. What's the name of this kind of store and service? Also, about how much does it cost?

  • I have a retro tech question. My old JVC C-P7U mini tape adapter door is jammed, can someone help?

I went to open up the door on my JVC c-p7u mini tape adapter, but nothing happened. So I discovered the battery was dead, so I put a new one in. However now the switch in front is still stuck in the wrong position and that is preventing the door from opening up.

  • Is 720p or 1080p better for security cameras?

    Best answer: Define "better".

It is easy to have poor quality 1080p compared to high quality 720p. Depends on the compression used and many other reasons.

  • Should I buy a camcorder or use my phone?

I want to start taking “home videos” and I’m not sure if I should get a camcorder or use my phone. I’ve aleays loved regular camcorder cameras but I feel like they might be irrelevant now with today’s smartphones. Opinions please? Is it worth it? Pros and cons?
