These claims came up out of nowhere after he heard from another kid that my bf was arrested for child molestation (never charged). Now he's making up these stories and CPS is threatening that they will have to take him out of my care if I don't get my bf to move out. Can they do that. there is not any proof that anything ever even happened. My bf has reassured me many times that my son is making it all up. It's unfair that he is being judged and going through this again. I'm about ready to uproot and move my whole family to another state, it's gotten that bad.

I don’t think I have a say in it because it was he’s money that he’s put in the account etc. I obviously don’t want to give him it and he’s not struggling really, he can’t afford everything just not luxuries, he wants to get he’s house done up and he can’t affoed that at the minute. He also has no intentions of paying me back, what do I do?

People in my apartment complex connived together and plotted against me to make me look like a schizophrenic. Hidden cameras were also installed in my apartment. Now 8 years later I'm still regarded as a schizophrenic and made to take psychiatric medicine. I'm waiting for some witness to come forward and tell the truth. Is it possible to hire a detective to find out what really happened?

Would this be considered blackmail? My father owns his own tree care service. About a month or so ago, he fired one of his workers after finding out this worker had been doing drugs on the job and had stolen some things from the company. Now bear in mind my fathers shop is right next to a woods, and marsh and a corn field so you can easily hunt on the property. This matters because another employee of my fathers was hunting there and had a trail cam set up over night. He checked it the next day to find pictures on it of someone entering the shop around 4am and rummaging through some things. He informed my father and we placed several cameras around the premises. The person did come back a few nights later and we recognized this person as the person that was fired a while back, stealing company property. While I'm not seriously considering it, I've been spit balling what to do with this information. I plan on going to the police on my fathers behalf but I had to wonder: let's say hypothetically I approached this disgruntled worker with this information and demanded $5,000, in exchange I wouldn't contact the police. I'm not seriously considering doing this but I'm curious if I did, would that be considered blackmail?

Today I had a customer who simple just kept trying to bring me down over and over again and would constantly try to make it seem as if I was attacking him. I sell phones and today a customer came in with her husband and son. She was telling me how she was a teacher and that she would be using her phone for teaching and saving lots of files. Our phones come in between 64 and 256gb and I told her that software takes up a lot of gb everytime you update and because she's a professional she may want to go with the higher gb in order to be able to use her phone for a longer time. Her husband then started to yell at me and say that, "Oh so you don't think I can provide for my family?" and in short he kept trying to twist my words at that point I simply told him I refuse to service him and will be asking another coworker of mine to take over the transaction. After that he started making a fuss and told my manager after they purchased the phone through my other coworker. My managers said they will have to discipline me but I felt really attacked by this customer that I simply could not service him any further. My question is will I be fired and do I really have the right to refuse service or not?

Yesterday I was pulled over on I-81 in NYS for speeding. The officer said I was going 87 in a 65. I know this is not true as my dad programmed my car to not go over 80. I got a ticket which I can plead guilty or not guilty by mail. If I plead not guilty I have to go into court, which I do not want to do because I don t have time or money to travel the distance (about 2 hours). I would like to plead guilty, then include a plea letter stating the circumstances and apologizing for my mistake. To be fair, I was passing a car who kept tip toeing into the other lane, so I wanted to go around it before I witnessed something bad happen. As I went around the car I was going down hill, which the state trooper was positioned at the bottom at. This did not help my speed. Would it be helpful at all to send in a letter? The points on my lisence would only be 4 compared to 6 if they see that I was only going 80 and not 87. I just don t want to make my case worse, or write a letter they won t see.

I suggest you right the effects of what the alcohol industry did to your family by making your father an alcoholic and what they did to him. I don't think you can sue the alcohol industry right now for wrongful death but maybe lobby for laws that can change that. Selling alcohol is like selling heroin, the dealers are the ones guilty. Your Dad was innocent and did nothing wrong, he simply had a disease from what was sold to him. I am sorry for your loss.

Long write so bare with me on grammar. My name is Jacob and Recently I was terminated due to a medical injury received at work. Here's how it went down. I work at a Wal-Mart Distribution Center. Last week I was picking some cases and I strained my back. According to the doctor I inflamed my sciatic nerve(Not an uncommon injury) So I go back to work with limited task. After a week past I was released back to normal task. Upon arriving to work today my operations manager pull me to the side and said he had some medical paper work to go over. Just the usual, You worked unsafe garbage. Like always they made me sign and say it was my fault. This is where it gets sketchy tho. This is my second report this year. One was non medical, this one was medical, First non medical report happened due to some guy dropped an entire pallet of juice and wasn't cleaned properly. I was order filling through the isle slipped and hurt my leg.( Had no choice but to walk through the isle or risk getting fired for production). The recent Medical report was a back strain that inflamed my sciatic nerve. So my manager brought me into the office and made me sign the paper said I worked carelessly and that he was hitting me for a automatic step 1 instead of a occurrence . Which locked in with my step 3 in production resulting in termination. Step 3 in production was due to them moving me out of my normal position. Is it possible to seek wrongful termination claim?
