Shot down like animals on a hunting safari. The disrespect to military veterans happened when Trump stated Sen. John McCain was not a Hero and disrespected a Gold Star family of a fallen Hero. Talk about disrespect to veterans.

We've never seen such debauchery in Europe since the Mongol hordes. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-le... May I ask, what will it take it end this phenomenon? The liberals will argue that our white men also commit such crimes. But never on this scale. The Mayoress and my nephews Welsh rugby friends and I shall be having a jolly nice steak luncheon soon. You could report the questions as trolling violations.

Best answer: It's mostly media hype. They have only increased their vote by around 5%- the same percentage as the Socialist Party incidentally. They are on about 18% at the moment.
However, it is perfectly understandable for some people to feel their way of life threatened by mass immigration and to send that message to the politicians, who can seem distant and not to be listening to people's concerns.
I have spoken to people in Italy and Spain who say this - in Vicenza, the park between the railway station and the town centre is full of migrants, it's like running the gauntlet of begging to get through and in Madrid, the streets are full of sub Saharan Africans selling identical sunglasses and football shirts. They sleep in the Plaza Mayor at night, which again is disconcerting, having to step over them in the main square. It wasn't like this last time I was there only two years ago.
It does frighten people, having all these young men on the loose in town.

Of course, those fears are being intensified by media hysteria.

But, I have every faith in the good people of Sweden to vote for the centre left. The eagle will not rise there any more than it did in France or Germany.

By the way, I have no idea how to solve the migrant crisis, the pull factors are too strong. The only good I can see is that far-sighted countries, like China, are developing the infrastructure in some African countries, so hopefully their economies will improve.
It just seems so pointless paying a load of money to traffickers to end up begging in Italy, or eke out a living in Spain.

  • Can someone explain to my why I should care about European culture?

What is so amazing about it? How does it enrich my life? How does it advance society or humanity? What purpose does it really serve? Why not make a superior culture that would actually benefit (one centred around my highly analytical worldview, for example)? Such a lack of imagination.

due to their own passport "error" https://news.sky.com/story/british-born-... Mohamed Bangoura was born in the UK in 2012 but had been staying with family friends in Belgium during the holidays. He tried to come home last Sunday so he could get ready to return to school but was turned away (at I presume a UK airport) having been out of the country since July. Since both of the boy's parents are currently at home in Sheffield and his mother requires a visa to go to Belgium to be with her son, why on earth are the Home Office allowing this to continue? The Home Office say that they issued a British passport to Mohamed by mistake but then revoked it and wrote to his parents informing them of this in March. The parents say they didn't receive it. Nonetheless the boy used that apparently revoked passport to enter Belgium in July so wtf won't they let him back in? Should the Home Secretary immediately permit the 6 year olds' re-entry and apologise for this outrageous behaviour? Is compensation also due?

Best answer: not really....look at how much free publicity and air time they've gotten without airing a single ad yet...

by the way... the "dirty little secret" that few seem to be mentioning today is that Kap was ALREADY under contract with them and Nike was on the hook for monies already promised back when he was still known as a football player... Nike is basically saying "we're already paying the guy....we might as well remind the world and maybe earn some money off him NOT being a football player...

Nike loyalists will still buy Nike... kids wanting the latest basketball high tops probably never cared about their football line in the first place...

I just wonder how many will see this as yet another example of how the "social justice" movement ... once synonymous with anti-establishment, ground-level passion... is now all about mass-market, for-profit conformity handed down from corporate boardrooms...
