Hello. I’m a 13 year old female, and my entire family is very anti-vaccine. I’m not just talking direct family - my younger cousins are both entirely unvaccinated, and their mother is very actively protesting against them. There’s an anti-vaccine poster hanging in the family cottage. I don’t mind it, oddly enough. I didn’t know vaccines were a common thing until last year, since I hadn’t gotten one since I was young. I’m not very sickly - the worst healthy I’ve had recently was just allergies, and I stopped getting strep throat when I was like 6 - but there’s a very strong hate against anti-vaxxers, and I feel targeted whenever I see a post about it. I know it’s not my fault - again, I’m thirteen and wasn’t aware of how common vaccines were - but I always seem to start crying when i see anything related to vaccines. I know if I look around enough, I probably can get vaccinated at school or something, but I’m not sure I want to. I don’t believe any of the anti-vaxx arguments, but I hate it when my mom yells at me, and I’ve already promised my mom I won’t get vaccinated (as a child, at least.) It’s not like my mood is going to improve much of my mom starts screaming at me all the time. Can I just remain unvaccinated until I’m an adult, or am I being irresponsible?

    Best answer: It varies.

As you probably know, the appendix ruptures during the course of appendicitis... and appendicitis is an illness that gradually gets more and more painful. Sometimes the appendix ruptures without the patient noticing anything different and it's only found to be ruptured on CT scan or at the time of operation. Other times the patient will have steadily worsening symptoms from the swelling of the appendix and then things will get better (not 100% well but just a bit better) when the appendix ruptures and the pressure is relieved. Then, a couple of hours later, things will worsen once again as the pus irritates the rest of the abdomen and the patient feels even worse than they did before the appendix ruptured.

Its still going to be in your body for some time while your immune system fights it. So, if its still going to be in your body that means you can pass it on to other people even though you won't develop any symptoms? I'm looking for a credible source to answer this question but I cannot find anything. So if anyone can provide a link that would be greatly appreciated
