It makes me lose self confidence. Anyway I'm living in Japan and mostly likely all the people that are walking or seeing are slim and it just makes me down. I'm about 50-52kg I don't really know but I know it's between them. I'm 12 yes people I'm 12 turning 13 this year so bam bam! I am not underage for Yahoo anymore..right?     I always feel really like really nauseous whenever I work out. I am a bulimic that is trying her best to recover but failing miserably.     I always feel really like really nauseous whenever I work out. I am a bulimic that is trying her best to recover but failing miserably. I'm not an exercise bulimic though so I don't work out that much. To mention most of the thing I do -100 jumping jacks(50 at beginning 50 at end) -30 squats -30 side leg raises each leg -20 side step -20 donkey kicks -90 leg raises seperated by30,30,30 -30 flutter kicks -15 pile squats -30 bridge raises -30 inner left lifts -140 crunches seperated And I go to the gym whenever I can. I usually do my workouts around midnight or after and after I finish my legs are shaking pretty intensely and I feel sooo nauseous but both calms down after a while of sitting. Advice?

For me, it makes me run faster. Also, I am doing those ten-minute ab exercises and thigh exercise videos on YouTube. Eat lots of protein, for example, cheese, yogurt, and meat (lean meats and stuff like grilled chicken).

I only had one pizza and am on a 700 calorie diet, so how is this possible to have gained that much weight from one single pizza?     If you can't Do jogging then Start Walking 5 KM a Day or about 30 Mins a day.
    Take Green Tea in your breakfast instead of Milky and Sugar-Full Coffee.
    Leave Sugar and All other starches for One Month and See the Result!
    Get Proper Sleep Around 8–10 hrs.
    Last but Not Least! Motivation takes losing weight very seriously. Measure your weight every morning to keep a check on your progress. This will motivate you to keep working hard as you will be aware of the results of your hard work and dedication
    By Following these rules you’ll be going to lose Around 10-20 Lbs in one Month.
