    If you find that you continue to gain weight on your maintenance calories, then you have to accept that you miscalculated the number of calories you need and or you need to change what you eat, when you eat, and/or your exercise.

My stomach isn t technically "bloated" but it s a little puffy. I want a flat stomach or slight abs like Dua Lipa. But I feel like my stomach is fat. By the way, I m 15 years old, so I can imagine I ll only get bigger. Am I fat? Also, I go to the gym and work out for a little bit (treadmill speed walking for 45 min and some leg exercises for 10 minutes. I try ab workouts but they re terribly painful.)
