Best answer: Chronic ear infection are the story of my life and have been my main health problem. Are you anywhere near London? Some of the best care in the world is here. A head surgeon here actually restored my hearing after a life of chronic ear infections. Call them and see what can be done. They can also recommend an ENT specialist in your part of the UK if you are not near London. British ENT specialists are far better than similar specialists in the USA (where I live now) IMHP. If you can track down a Dr. Dennis Choa, please do so if he is still practicing.
My experience is that your local surgery is not equipped to handle ear infections like this.
You sound like you have a middle ear infection that could be spreading to your mastoid region.

I prefer the third, but I have the second and the fourth game.

Getting some exercise can also help. Not using things like video games or your phone before you go to bed can also help.
If you need to take some thing like melatonin about an hour before you have to go to bed. This can regulate your sleeping patterns.
Make sure your room is dark and comfortably cold. You can also try taking warm baths with epsom salts or lavender scented soap to help you sleep. If you still can't sleep then see your doctor, they can give you some thing that's not habit forming to help you sleep.
I'm usually not an early morning person, but my body adjusted to waking up earlier when I got a full time job.

  • Why is my vision blurry and why do i bad balance when standing up?

Best answer: Well, it could be a matter of low blood pressure or of a type of positional vertigo. I used to experience dizziness and things going dark before my eyes when I stood up. This is not uncommon.

Discuss it with your doctor, but it's unlikely to represent anything serious.

Consider visiting a low-cost medical office within supermarkets that have medical-affiliation with local hospitals. If you have not had a blood test, you can leave a sample of blood with the clinic professionals that will be sent to a hospital for measuring components in blood. Cost is about $75. These mini-clinics do not have a physician to pay and accept medical insurance.
