If you're vegan, have you cheated your diet before? How did you feel about it? How can I make myself feel better? Would you think that I'm a bad person?

What are the steps for me to become a healthy full-blown vegetarian? I’ve been considering it, even bought those Feroglobin supplements already.

  • Do you believe the food industry really care about our health?

Best answer: Absolutely not. In fact, the food industry is pushing so much chemicals, poison, and GMOs into food nowadays, that grocery stores have practically become like the testing grounds. Society is being experimented on, in some form or another. You can't even trust labels all the time.

I'm not sure its fair to put tofu in the vegetarian meat category. but it's my answer, and I can if I want to. 🎶🎵🎶

Tofu is the best. It's simply coagulated soymilk. (like cheese is fermented cow's milk) so maybe it would be more accurate to call it vegetarian cheese. but its used a lot like meat is. An ingredient in Stir Fries, salads, and soups. (just like chicken). It's not that expensive, and it's super healthy. it's versatile: Baked tofu, Crispy tofu, fried tofu, marinated tofu, scrambled tofu, Tofu in your ramen, tofu in your salad.

Coming in second place is grain meats. It's an Asian technique for turning grain into something meat-like. It actually is just gluten. The traditional version is called Seitan. I don't really like seitan. but there is an American company called Field Roast that has Americanized the product. I really like their Apple Sage Sausages. They make a whole lot of other products. November and December they make Holliday Roasts. They are pretty good, too.

Patties. Most of these are not that healthy. They tend to use TVP which I have mixed feelings about. But my favorite is Dr. Praegers. If you look at the ingredients, its just regular food, like peas and beans and such. Amy's is a good product. I think their ingredients are always organic and more natural. They don't use Hexene when they make their TVPs. And last summer I had my first Beast Burger at a BBQ. I thought it was pretty good.

Hot dogs. I think I've tried them all and they are all various types of awful. But.... you take a hot dog, tast a bun, put spicy mustard and fresh sour krout on it, and turn on the ballgame and you don't even notice. Especially with beer and potato chips alongside.

Oh, my local grocer now sells some packages of Jack Fruit that are somehow flavored. I think you are supposed to use them to make sandwiches. I've only tried one and I liked it.

I want to do the Pescatarian diet too but I know I'm gonna be very lousy, I haven't had any meat or chicken since Friday evening few days ago and I want to keep it up and see where it takes me health wise, I've only had a piece of fish on Saturday and I don't want anything apart from nicely cooked fish as animal protein, I also forgot to mention I'm dairy-free for over a year and I've gone off gluten over a month ago. Vegans like to act like they re healthier than omnivores. They often even resort to lying, like when many of them said how humans were meant to be vegans. While in many cases, vegans are healthier than omnivores, it s not always that way. It can be vice versa. But there is one, delicious, compound that we all love and that most of use get too much of: Sugar. I has on numerous occasions been found to be less healthy than saturated fat. And sugar has also been found to be the real cause of the spike in obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and so many other symptoms over the last century. Yet vegans still call omnivores ticking time bombs for these conditions, while simultaneously eating lollipops and Oreos. What do vegans have to say about that?

I want my vegetables to taste like vegetables. When I eat a veggie burger I want to taste the ingredients such as black beans or portobello, not injected with chemicals to taste like beef. There is even a burger now that is pink and bleeds red when you cook it. Wtf? If you want your food to bleed then why not cook up a steak? Vegans, why not just eat meat if you like it so much?
