  • Is it bad for the ocean when a ship sink and stay there corroding... ?

The registration is good thru next year. The ownership hasnt been transferred yet but we have all the registration paperwork and card to keep on the boat. Will we get fined for not having stickers? We obviously can’t get them in 1 day.

Best answer: If you want to charge BOTH batteries at the same time, you can leave them connected. If you only want to charge ONE battery at a time, you'll have to disconnect the cables.

  • Marine engine that s been winterized. When changing engine oil via pump, would you do it cold or would you warm it up?

Best answer: As hot as you can get it. Then pump it out quickly - along with all the impurities! While they are all still in suspension (and not in the form of a cold sludge in the bottom of the engine).

  • Seasickness - Can I get passed it?

Best answer: Try to eat some peppermint to relax your nerves and stomach before you get on the boat. Keep some extra peppermint on hand with you aboard and eat some when you start feeling sick. Keep your attention on the horizon rather than down at the water, etc. and try to think nice and happy thoughts to distract yourself.... show more

  • Do I need to register my trailer to take it to Wyoming from Utah?

Best answer: Yes. It is required. You do not want to get pulled over, for anything, like speeding, or a minor infraction, and have them find that your trailer is not registered. Go to the DMV (everyone loves the DMV)<sarcasm. Pick up the proper forms, also bring in the ownership permit (proof that the trailer is YOURS).... show more

  • Fix and invest jet ski or buy another used one?

We have a jet ski that has sit for years. My girlfriend friend wants to get it fixed. Should I invest the money into it and fix it to new or just buy another used one? I mean it would give me something to do and we already have the thing. Just make it brand new. Ideas?
