• Am I an incompetent mother for not being able to teach my first born daughter how to potty? Three and a half years old.?

Best answer: No, you are not incompetent. You can't 'teach' a child to do something she is not physically ready for. 3 1/2 is on the late side of 'average' for potty training. If you've been working on it for a long time, take a break. You're both probably frustrated and upset, which isn't... show more

If you've been working on it for a long time, take a break. You're both probably frustrated and upset, which isn't going to help matters. You can try again in a few months -- or when SHE shows more active interest.

Then of course my 4 year old chimes in saying he wants a brother and my oldest said "no I want a sister, mom is going to have a boy and a girl baby" my husband and I laughed it off because we know I can't have more kids since I had a tubal ligation a few months after my 4 year old was born and mother nature was visiting when she said that I was pregnant with twins. My question is anyone have kids that randomly say this and it actually happens? Is this normal development behavior for a 5 year old or is she just wishful hoping and trying to say she wants a girl to play barbies and baby dolls with? I'm also wondering and thinking that my sister having a baby a few months ago the reason she keeps randomly telling me I'm pregnant with twins.

Once in Hell they will be subjected to never-ending torment that will last forever. They raised their children for the Devil saying there is no God, which will backfire on them. They turned their backs against the Lord their God and they did that to themselves. God HATES atheists. No peace for the Wicked!

Best answer: I mean, she isn't your child so you don't really know if she is in pain or maybe Autistic or anything., so it's hard to say. My personal experience with toddlers and children in general is that they are loud. Whether they are angry, sad or having the time of their life, they are usually very loud. It's not true for all children, as I've met my fair share of quiet and subdued children as well, but for the most part that's just a kid thing. They've got so much energy and so little control on emotions, not to mention limited outlets for that energy.
I know it's annoying, and as to that, I can't even begin to tell you what coping method to use because we are all different, but unless the parents discover something truly wrong with her, I'd say screaming is pretty normal. She's finding her voice. I bet Beyonce and Mariah Carry were loud children, too.
