• Can someone please tell me how to fix this black bar on my monitor?
  • I have a GTX 550 TI and 3 monitors ... it only supports 2... is there a "redneck" way to force the card to support 3 monitors?

A second video card, if slot, space, power and cooling for it exists. Cheap.
A USB monitor and its software. Moderate cost.
A USB external video adapter and its software. Almost cheap.
A Matrox Dual Head2Go box that runs two screens from one cable out of the video card. The screen width is twice as wide (or twice as tall if you need that). Two monitors should be identical in dimension, input type, color quality, and of course, resolution. Image is not spread in distorted fashion, there is just more screen area. Expensive.
Another computer's video screen, accessed over a network. Some programs for this work better than others, costs vary, might be good for Windows or MacOS or both.
The cheapo video splitter duplicates screens. Pointless waste of money.

All monitors get run off the GTX 1060.
You did not state which gtx 1060 3gb by brand and model number, or what video output ports yours has.
A standard referece GTX 1060 3GB has one DVI Connection, one HDMI Connection and 3 DisplayPort Connections.
    You would use these.
GN246HL Bbid has DVI and HDMI, and you ignore the analog VGA.
The monitor box comes with a DVI cable. You can use that
You can buy a Displayport to DVI or Displayport to HDMI or HDMI cable

Best answer: The cleaner can be simple isopropyl alcohol that you can get from your drug store. You should not need soap and water, and in fact water isn't always your friend around electronics anyway. Isopropyl alcohol is a good "leaving" solvent (meaning it evaporates without leaving a film) whereas soapy water WILL leave a film. Your local computer or office supply store will also carry a type of suitable cleaner in a spray bottle.

The cloth can be a microfiber cloth but not a regular cotton towel (too scratchy). You can also buy special paper that is designed to be non-scratch on delicate surfaces. For example, a paper towel from a commercial kitchen roll would be too rough, and a facial tissue would leave lint, but a paper eye-glasses cleaner would be fine. Or a camera lens cleaner cloth. Most computer stores will sell you the special cleaner cloth or cleaner tissues in a canister.

DO NOT use disinfectant wipes. They are not "leaving" solvents and may include harsher chemicals.
