You provided a game to judge what you need. More information is still needed from you.

Graphics card benchmark scores of 2000+ will get you to playable at top settings. That is a good place to be because you may want newer games later.
    https://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu_list.php
Your second generation i7-2600 with HD 2000 has a score of about 200 or so.
Above 1000 gets the game running smoothly on 1920x1080 at medium settings.
As an online game, internet connection is important.

The Dell Optiplex 390 comes in Minitower, Desktop, and Small Form Factor.
    https://www.dell.com/downloads/global/products/optix/en/optiplex-390-tech-guide.pdf
Graphics cards plug into a PCIex16 card slot.
The minitower accepts standard height cards of double thickness to 75 watts power 7.4 / 24.13cm long max.
The Desktop and sff accepts low profile height of double thickness, but only to 25 watts and 6.6 /16.765cm long
Double thick slot cards in the SFF loses the pciex1 connector that may be in use.
The issue in the wattage is mostly about the power supply, and you can push the 25Watts a little higher.

As a 2nd gen intel, the latest card releases could have system software issues, but older cards use more power to their performance

    Which version of Optiplex 390?
    What country for shopping?
How much money do you have in mind to spend?

In the USA, ebay, newegg, Amazon for used cards is best probably.

  • I have a gaming mouse and a normal mouse. I want to know if too much clicking is bad for the gaming mouse.?

I play games like geometry dash, which has a lot of clicking. I use my normal mouse for geometry dash because I heard that too much clicking damages gaming mouses. is this true, because its getting annoying to have to switch between my gaming and normal mouse. btw, they're both Logitech.

The problem you would encounter with an ultra low end motherboard such as an H110, H310, or AMD a320 is the motherboard would not have a PCI-E x4 slot.

You will have to check the documentation that came with your motherboard, ie: the Manual. With a lot of these higher end motherboard that have 2 or 3 M.2 slots, one or two of them are designated as a NVMe (PCI-E x4 version) only. The drive should still work but it may throw the NVMe drive in SATA mode.

The best thing to do is after installing the drive, test them with a Hard Drive benchmarking program called Crystal Disk Mark to make sure you're getting the speeds you should be getting. The sequential read speeds of the WD Blue should be around 550mb/s while even the 960 EVO would be around 3,000mb/s.

  • Issues With My Graphics Card?

Best answer: Use the program DDU uninstaller. This will completely remove any existing GFX driver from the PC, giving you a fresh gpu to put a driver on. (someone else should of said this with all of the people telling you to uninstall, sorry it's later but better late than never)
