  • I was told that Israeli's are middle eastern. Did you know that Israel was settled by European holocaust survivors making them European.?

Therefore their descendants are also European. The Israeli Arabs are middle eastern, which is why there are so many problems. Two different cultures completely clashing. Arabs are taught to hate Jews. There will never be peace.

    Best answer: Hello,

In order to have the best possibility for peace there would need to be: The removal of hate and prejudice against Israel and in particular against Jewish people from the Palestinian education system, which could eventually lead to significantly less hate by Palestinians against Israel and Jewish people, with more willingness to sincerely negotiate a trustworthy peace treaty providing for a two state solution.

The “European Union” would also need to cease its funding of the Palestinians (“Palestinian Authority”) since as the E.U. is aware, this can only constitute indirect-funding for Palestinian terrorism (see further below), while the funding of terrorism represents an obstacle to peace.

Pro-Palestinians falsely-claim that the Palestinians were in the land first and that Israeli Jews all come from Europe, whereas the Jewish People have had unbroken presence in their ancestral homeland of Israel since Biblical times - See the “Demographic history of [Israel] Palestine”:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographic_history_of_Palestine

The Jewish People have had an unbroken presence in their ancestral homeland of Israel since Biblical times, and also previous sovereign states in the land for example the Jewish Hasmonean Kingdom of Judea (including the West Bank and Gaza) with its capital of (what is now East) Jerusalem, and independent as at 110 BCE / 753 BH–752 BH:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hasmonean_dynasty

By comparison there has never been a sovereign state of “Palestine” upon which the Palestinian Arabs could base any claim to the land of Israel. Following the Ottoman Turkish defeat in the First World War, the League of Nations in 1921 authorized a British Mandate resurrecting the name “Palestine” from Roman occupation, to be an administrative region; NOT a sovereign state, an area which included what later would be today’s:
Jordan, Israel, and the Palestinian Territories - On the linked web page please scroll down and compare its second and third maps:
    http://www.shamrak.com/Masada2000-HistoryofPalestine.htm

Under the prior Ottoman Turkish empire, they did not use any such political term as “Palestine”, but rather Ottoman-occupied Judea / Israel was within the Ottoman province of “Syria” – see (copy to your web browser):
    en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ottoman_Syria

The “Palestinian Arabs” may come from those who invaded and occupied the Jewish land of Judea / Israel, but it is also unclear at what point they arrived there, since they were opposed to being called a “People” until the 1960’s:
    http://www.targetofopportunity.com/palestinian_truth.htm

Israel was Re-established in 1948 following a United Nations Partition Plan which had sought to set up two states, one Jewish and one Arab. The then Palestinian Jewish Community had accepted the U.N. Partition Plan, while the Palestinian-Arab response was in 1947 to start a civil war and terror to oppose the U.N. Partition Plan and instead take ALL the land of Israel, and also to ethnically-cleanse or murder the Jewish population from the Jews ancestral homeland of Israel.

In 1948 the Arab countries attacked the newly Re-established State of Israel, but the Arabs lost the war. Jordan then occupied the West Bank and East Jerusalem from which the Jordanians expelled the Jews. Egypt occupied the Gaza strip. Neither country offered these areas to the Palestinians.
(Please see the source which I have put into the “Sources” area of this answer.)

The Palestinians have two territories (part of the West Bank and the whole of Gaza) (or Palestinian colonies on land of the former Jewish kingdoms of Judea / Israel) which the Palestinians run themselves with their own army and police.
The following is how the Palestinians obtained these territories:

In 1967 Israel gained control of the West Bank and Gaza Strip (from the previous Jordanian and Egyptian occupation respectively) and as an attempt by Israel at “land for peace” under the Oslo Accords, Israel later granted the Palestinians autonomy for part of the West Bank (40%) and the whole of the Gaza Strip, as part of a peace process which anticipated further negotiations for a peace treaty.
Therefore until any peace treaty that may say otherwise, the land remains Israel's.

    - - - - Start of quote: - - - -

“The Oslo Accords created the Palestinian Authority, whose functions are the limited self-governance over parts of the West Bank and Gaza Strip”:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oslo_Accords

    - - - - End of quote - - - -

Once the Palestinians had tricked Israel into giving them autonomy of part of the West Bank and the whole of Gaza under the Oslo Accords, the Palestinians since:
    > Do not sincerely negotiate any peace treaty.
    > Make an unverifiable-claim to ALL the land of Israel.
    > Want to expel the Jews from the Jews ancestral-homeland of Israel.
    > Have expelled any Jewish population from all areas under Palestinian control and then falsely claimed “Apartheid” against Israel !
    > Consider themselves at war with Israel.
    > Attack Israeli Jewish civilians as policy including children (see last source below).
No wonder anti-Semites display such emotional-support for the Palestinians!

Palestinian ethnic-hatred of Jewish people has not changed since the Palestinian support of the Nazis in the second world war. Due to ethnic-hatred of Jewish people and also territorial ambitions, the Palestinian education system in the Palestinian Territories practices mind-abuse, teaching:
    > Hatred of Jewish people,
    > a false victim-mentality,
    > that Israel does not exist (aka the Palestinian false-claim to ALL the land of Israel);
    > and similar to the propaganda of Nazi Germany, that the Jew / Israel is the (fake) cause of all Palestinian alleged issues:
    https://www.quora.com/What-are-some-examples-of-anti-Israel-or-anti-peace-attitude-in-the-Palestinian-educational-system

Progress towards a peace treaty can be made only once the idea of war ceases to be what keeps the Palestinians united, but is instead replaced by a desire to unite by peacefully developing alongside neighbours, for the common good.

For the purposes for making any successful sincere negotiations possible, any parties in conflict in the world may need to consider: psychologically blocking-off grievances of the past, while building-in negotiations for sufficient security for both sides, with one intention - to make a present and future free of conflict for all generations of both sides.

The Palestinians would need to be willing to develop away from their current conflict-mindset, and also away from their addiction to ethnic-hatred of Jewish people.

The Palestinian leadership have “painted themselves into a corner” because the Palestinian Education System teaches such hatred so effectively that if the Palestinian leadership could be trusted at all to attempt to change policy now, their health could be at risk from their own people.
One solution would be to change the Palestinian Education System to remove from it its hatred, prejudice, and racism, against the Jewish People and Israel.
However, their leaders cannot remove hatred from the Palestinian Education System because they themselves are consumed with hatred > Why are they consumed with hatred? > Because the Palestinian Education System teaches hatred, etc ...

    Supporting anti-Semitism is anti-Semitism:
The Palestinian Education Authority in the Palestinian Territories also teaches Holocaust-Denial and admiration of the Nazis – see (copy to your web browser):
    palwatch.org/main.aspx?fi=655

What does the word “peace” mean to the Palestinians?
It refers to the stage after the Palestinian intention to: take ALL the land of Israel, ethnically-cleanse the Jews, and replace Israel with another Arab state comprised of those who arrived in the land well after the Jewish People.

Could the Palestinians be trusted to keep to any peace treaty?
The Palestinians do not accept the same world history as the rest of us and therefore have consequential “difficulties” with it: Palestinian propaganda seeks to replace the history of Jewish presence in the Jewish People’s ancestral homeland of Israel, with a fake Arab history – see (copy to your web browser):
    palwatch.org/main.aspx?fi=495

The “Palestinian National Charter” seeks the expulsion of the Jewish People from the Jews ancestral homeland of Israel:
    http://avalon.law.yale.edu/20th_century/plocov.asp

The Palestinians target as policy Israeli Jewish civilians, including children - No wonder anti-Semites feel such emotional-attachment to the Palestinians!
Due to anti-Semitism many people do not require any proper moral standard from the Palestinians.
The Palestinians cynically term their anti-Jewish hate-war:
    “uprising”, “defence”, “desperation”, “struggle”, “resistance”:

Palestinians are paid a “pension”-reward to murder Jewish Israelis including children by the Palestinian Authority (the P.A. is funded by the European Union), yet while Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas condemns the ISIS murder of children in Manchester, England - see my answer at:

Keep in mind, the rhetoric and philosophy of Hamas was not unlike the rhetoric and philosophy of Arabs prior to the establishment of Israel.

And if Israel’s occupation truly is the cause of rockets, then surely Israel’s partial withdrawal would logically lead to a partial cessation of hostilities? But in truth, the more Israel has given up, the more violence has increased.

The absence of a peace treaty is purely a function of the Palsetinian’s own leadership decision-making. Israel had no problem securing peace deals with Egypt and Jordan. The Palsetinians can’t even make peace with each other.

    Best answer: N O N E !!!!!
BECAUSE >>>>>>There has never been any Palsetinian state, neither any Palsetinian archaeological find nor coinage. The present-day "Palsetinians" are an Arab people, with Arab culture, Arabic language and Arab history. They have their own Arab states from where they came into the Land of Israel about one century ago to contrast the Jewish immigration. That is the historical truth. They were Jordanians (another recent British invention, as there has never been any people known as "Jordanians"), and after the Six-Day War in which Israel utterly defeated the coalition of nine Arab states and took legitimate possession of Judea and Samaria, the Arab dwellers in those regions underwent a kind of anthropological miracle and discovered that they were Palsetinians - something they did not know the day before. Of course, these people having a new identity had to build themselves a history, namely, had to steal some others' history, and the only way that the victims of the theft would not complain is if those victims do no longer exist. Therefore, the Palsetinian leaders claimed two contradictory lineages from ancient peoples that inhabited in the Land of Israel: the Canaanites and the Philistines. Let us consider both of them before going on with the Palsetinian issue.

Russia doesn't want to attack Israel, so I wouldn't anticipate any sort of scenario where they're directly opposing each other. Current alliances aside, not even Russia wants to deal with the headache that is controlling the Holy Land, having enough problems with the Middle East as it is now.

No. There is no evidence in support of any "Apartheid" in, or by, Israel; which is why the Asker seeks to insult the reader's intelligence by typically providing for their falsehood:
No details, no objective-sources; zero evidence.

Rather, the Palestinians have expelled any Jewish population from all areas under Palestinian control and then falsely claimed “Apartheid” against Israel.

Indeed the only example of Apartheid is in the areas controlled by the Palestinians since the Palestinians put to death any Jew that they find near there:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2014_kidnapping_and_murder_of_Israeli_teenagers

Allegations of “Apartheid” against Israel are also an insult to the black Peoples of South Africa who can recall only too well the true meaning of “Apartheid”.
