I had a student parking permit but recently my grades have dropped this grading period and i have my parking permit revoked until next grading period. I dont want to go through the hassle of waking up early to catch the bus every morning till then. If i park in the visitors parking spaces for the next few weeks and switch up the spaces where i park, which are in front of the school but behind the faculty parking, will they notice soon and tow my car or do they usually not pay attention to visitor parking?? My school is a public high school. Or would it be more noticeable if i parked on the side of the school where there are also student lots and parent pick up but in the grass right next to someones parking spot?

Best answer: When I first started driving I had a hard time relaxing, I was always paranoid at the possibility of accidentally pissing off another driver or unintentionally driving too slow or fast. Just don't worry about other people that much, just go the speed limit, use your turn signal, all that business. And be careful on the breaks, everyone I drive with seems to have a hard time breaking smoothly and it always makes me soooooo nauseous so I try to make my braking as smooth as possible. And since it's your first time driving, take your time on turns. Don't get too overwhelmed and go to fast, even if you annoy someone behind you it's better to annoy someone than make it seem like you're intoxicated by swinging around turns and corners too fast lol. I don't know, I hope that helped even a little

I learned to drive a traditional stick shift here in the U.S. when I was 16, and always wanted my dream car to be a manual. Upon turning 30 in a few years I will finally be in a responsible enough position financially to buy my fully loaded dream car. When the time comes, I don t want to go crazy trying to find the car with all the exact bells and whistles I want while also having a manual transmission. I am beginning to lean more and more towards an automatic. Both because the statistics on the availability of MT cars are low and my area is slightly more congested than average. Any opinions on this issue at all would be appreciated.

  • Can a car overheat & blow the head gasket without any visible signs like smoke pouring out the back?

Six weeks ago we bought a second hand 2008 Hyundai Tucson City, the clutch went first & the car yard replaced that as well as other faults, we got the car back & my wife drove 15 mins down the road & the car stopped with a warped head. The car yard is calling it driver negligents.

  • Found two identical 1956 license plates in the attic & wondered why there would be two plates with the same number?

Best answer: Many states required a plate on the back and an identical plate on the front of the car..There may still be states that do this.

  • American drivers are unskilled compared to European ones?

Best answer: It should definitely be more difficult to get a license in the US. If I used driving practices as a parameter to estimate average IQ I would put that average at about 75.

If they dont notice the damage when i return it and i sign their papers. Should i be still worried or does signing mean its too late for them to ding me with the bill? I know they just walk around the car when u return it. The aligment is only noticeable when you actually drive it.

  • Why did car manufacturers take so long to start turbocharging engines in cars, excluding sports cars?

Seems like the technology has been out in the aftermarket for quite a while, and it has been known they are efficient and powerful. Seems like all cars are just now making the transition, in 2017-18.

Best answer: Either way you're paying for fuel. Wear and tear on your own car will be less than the cost of rental.
