• What can I do to get rid of my summer boredom.?

I'm really bored and have nothing to do. I sometimes draw but I get bored of that after a long time. The heat is unreal outside and I'm not a big fan of getting bit. I'm wondering what fun activities I can do. My mom wont take me anywhere because she doesn't want too. I just need something to do.

So am I too old to play the game or is it still ok to play the game.

When I was a kid (from ages 7-13), I used to want to go to arcades (Dave and Busters, Round 1, bowling alleys, etc.) and play games like Stacker and Flamin' Finger non-stop. My parents were so rich they would give me over $300 to spend on arcades every weekend. I am now older and have completely lost interest in arcades and badly want to do other things (I became interested in traveling and old western stuff), but my parents are now almost broke, so now I can't pursue my new interests. This really sucks, and I'm so mad about how I blew up so much money at the arcades over the years. I seriously hope Dave and Busters shuts down completely, they ruined my life! I can't tell you how angry I am about not waking up before it was too late! I was warned this would happen many times, but I didn't take it seriously, I never knew my interest was going to change! I wish I could go back in time and fix this even though I can't. What do I do?

Best answer: You can do this.

First, you need to have reserves equal to the medical costs of one person for two years. These reserves must be liquid, meaning they must be in a bank and that you can get to them easily. The average healthcare spending in 2016 (the latest year available) was $10,345 so you'd need close to $21,000 in reserves.

It also takes several years to go through the paperwork and get approved, so you'd probably close to being out of college by the time you were able to sell a policy to yourself. Of course, before you sell the policy you'd need to be licensed in your state meaning you must take and pass the test.

You'll also need to pay a lawyer to draw up those papers and then take them to the state to get approved. You could put that same lawyer on a retainer (which will cost more money each month) in case you get sued by yourself or one of the doctors that you contract with.

With everything else that you'll need the cost will probably be up around $100,000 just to do this for one person. Of course a real insurance company would be paying $50 or $60 million to get started so this would really be comparably cheap to do.

So this idea, while possible, isn't feasible.
