  • Marvel: What letter grade do you give these actors of Black Panther (2018)?

Best answer: Chadwick Boseman as T'Challa/Black Panther- A. His accent and mannerisms are on point. Michael B. Jordan as Erik Killmonger- A. Michael B. Jordan as Erik Killmonger- A. Killmonger is my favorite MCU villain to date, but honestly, Michael B. Jordan's acting needs work. The character's lines were written to perfection, and he was a joy to watch regardless, but he's still a lil' inexperienced.

    Lupita Nyong'o as Nakia- A.

Danai Gurira as Okoye- A. She showed emotion in her confliction during the climax of the film.

Martin Freeman as Everett K. Ross- B+.

    Daniel Kaluuya as W'Kabi- B+.

Letitia Wright as Shuri- A. Stole the show for me.

    Winston Duke as M'Baku- B+.

Angela Bassett as Ramonda- A-. Nothing wrong with her acting, but her accent was kinda trash. No hate tho, loved her in "Akeelah And The Bee".

Forest Whitaker as Zuri- C. Sorry, left a lot to be desired.

Andy Serkis as Ulysses Klaue- A+. Any role this guy's in, he's gonna be great. Sucked that he got killed off so soon.

  • Someone please give me some simple advice.?

So, this is the first time that I'm going to the cinema all by myself. Ya it's pretty lame, so I'm concerned about something. No, it's not like I'm scared of being alone, it's just I'm afraid that people are going to judge from what I am going to watch. Let's say that the movie... show more

No, it's not like I'm scared of being alone, it's just I'm afraid that people are going to judge from what I am going to watch. Let's say that the movie isn't common for a person like me. I've been thinking about this all day long, and how I'm going to handle it. I can't just cancel the whole plan, the movie itself was the reason that I'm going to the cinema in the first place.

  • I bought a movie DVD. Is it illegal to set up an outdoor cinema and show the movie to the public for free?

Best answer: Possibly... Is the film in the public domain? Does it contain a message at the beginning granting permission for public display?

Legally speaking, you can play a copyrighted film only for private showings; meaning it is being played in a place where access is limited to your own friends and family. If the showing is open to the public, then it is in violation. So a backyard theater where strangers were invited to come watch would be against the law. However you could technically still claim fair use so long as the film was being played for the purpose of critical analysis... So if those watching are doing so only with the intent of public criticism, then it is fair use.

Now of course the real question is "even if I did play it, who the hell would care". The answer is "someone". There's always someone who's miserable with life and files a complaint. Backyard theaters are reported all the damn time, often by cranky neighbors or morons who broadcast about it on social media. At which point you might be asked to pay a fine to avoid court.

At the beginning of the movie, it shows him telling a bad and confusing joke to the other parents. At the end, he's delivering the punchline like a pro and the other parents think it's hilarious. However, improving his skills in comedy doesn't really relate to any of the character development or things he went through in the movie. Not to mention that he's playing into the stereotype that all clownfish are funny. Am I missing something or is this just a cheap, unearned attempt by the filmmakers to show a character has grown and changed?
