Best answer: Sure. Apple still makes iPod so people must be using them. Apple doesn’t become the most valuable company by selling stuff that people don’t buy.

Hello friends, I have recently purchased a vintage Zenith TV set but I have come across a couple issues. First off there is a blank space at the bottom of the screen that shows no picture, second off the entire thing creates a LOT of static. If I touch the antenna contacts or ANYTHING metal on the back I get zapped, heck if I even touch the power/volume knob on the front I get zapped. Any Ideas on how to fix this or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you only use your flash once per week, and you are using store-brand or Duracell batteries, I would remove the batteries. Duracell batteries, as well as any of the high capacity alkaline cells, love to leak. I'm trying out Panasonic batteries (lower capacity than Duracell) for things that sit around for a couple years and haven't had any leakage issues, however, the experiment is only two years old.

If using good quality NiMH batteries, they seem to be very robust. I haven't had any leak on me in the past 10 years. I leave my NiMH batteries in my flash and flashlights without worry.

I brought some water pumps from an auction and when i picked them up realised that they are customer returns sent back to Machine Mart. They all had service lables on but did not state what the problem with them was or wether they had indeed even been looked at. The problem is all the plugs and cables have been cut off The question really is why would they cut the plugs off them. Does this mean that they are no longer working and are unusable or should I invest in some wire and plugs to see if I can get them running again? I invested a fair amount in these and they dont sell to well as spares so any advice would be much apreciated Thanks
