  • Which cassette tape is the best?

    Your answer:
Granted, cassette tapes are outmoded. But I wish a hard copy as well as a digital one of some messages. This is for sentimental reasons so I would like the sound quality to be good. I picked up what they had at Walmart, which had the trade name onn. But I see online that I could order Maxell from Walmart and I have always heard Memorex is good. Do... show more

  • Are tablet screens measured diagonally like TVs are (or used to be anyway...)?

    Your answer:
Not sure if this is still the case, but television screens were always measured DIAGONALLY. If a tablet has a 7" screen, is it 7" HIGH, or DIAGONALLY?

  • Is this quartz movement?

    Your answer:
I am surprise today when I bought the clock to see that it is different than the one from my childhood, it doesn't have a cord dangling from it that plugs into a wall outlet. Instead it runs on 2 C batteries. Any clock that runs on batteries is typically Quartz. I don't hear the quartz 'tick' inside of the clock, do you all have... show more

  • Can someone please explain to me how this outside light is wired?

I have this outside light, for some reason it has a permanent live wire going in to the ceramic lamp holder, and two neutrals coming out of the lamp holder... So there are 3 wires going into the lamp holder, one line and two (what appears to be) neutrals apparently. What I don't understand is, when I switch the light off from the house, that... show more
