  • affordable meat substitute for non-meat eater?

I need to go on a diet and I think I would like to eat a lot less meat. What sort of things can I eat?

Preferably something I can buy that is ready to eat or requires little preparation. For instance, buying deli meat takes very little preparation time. Do the vegan/vegetarian eaters have anything similar.

I usually eat out if I feel the need for "real food". Or I get it at work in our lunch area.

(I'm lazy, I don't want to waste a lot of time cooking)

Also, I don't care if it has eggs or fish in it. I will still eat pepperoni and stuff like that with pizza. I'm not a devotee. I just need to make some changes.

If it can be kept outside of a refrigeration so I don't have to worry about it spoiling (my deli meat frequently spoils) that is even better.

  • Is there a program/app that I can install on my English Windows 10 system that will allow me to type in Hebrew.?

I do not want to switch from English to Hebrew. I want to be able to add Hebrew text to a document as I need it.

I know how to use "insert" in MS Word but it is ackward at best. I was hoping for something like a virtual keyboard where I can type out Hebrew letters and then cut and paste them into a word document. Actually I may also want to cut and paste them into Inkscape too. I may want to make some flashcards with Hebrew words/phrases and then English translation in some "cool looking" fonts or something. I would like to be able to import them into Blender 3D too, but it is just way to complicated. So I will start with Word and Inkscape. OR maybe I can buy an add on for Word that will allow this?

  • How do I hang a clay mobile piece?

I am creating a sort of planetary mobile out of modeling clay. They are not round pieces, just circles painted the appropriate color.

What sort of clasp/crimp do i use so I can attach a string to it.

Do I even need clasp/crimp? Could I just use some Gorilla glue to attach the hanging cord directly to the clay figure. The heavies piece might weigh 1 pound.

  • Hebrew fonts on computer for flash cards.?

I want to be able to type some Hebrew characters to make some flash cards for the 72 Names of God.

I want to have the name typed in the Hebrew script.

Then maybe the way each letter for that word is pronounced below it.

Is there anyway for an English speaker to do that? I don't have a Hebrew keyboard either.

The single character image of the alphabet that I have found could be cut and pasted onto the flash cards but they don't resize and looks "stupid".

    Any ideas?

  • Letter art?

Is there some sort of automatic or manual software that allows an artist to take the letters in a name and combine them into artwork. Like a logo, brand, seal, sigil, family crest, sort of thing

Hopefully there is automatic software because my art skills are negligible.

  • In the TV series NOS4A2 (from AMC),?

Charlie Manx says something about it being a tragedy or sad or something like along those lines, that most men get passed from woman to woman.

I think he was talking to one of his supernatural buddies and having a beer or something. it was just a casual observation he made.

Does anyone know this quote? Please.

  • Gnats or fruit flys around window area. Lots of them, but no food for them is there.?

My travel trailer was closed off for several weeks but little heater is in it to keep out moisture, etc.

Now there seems to be a lot of gnats/fruit flies around the mirror in the bathroom and the kitchen sink. Several dozen of them, so perhaps 40 of the little creatures.

Is there a cleaning agent I can use on the wall (they seem to perche on the wall) and the area around the sinks that will get rid of them. For instance, it is a good idea to clean surfaces with Boraxo if you have an ant problem. Boraxo cleans the surface and kills ants.

What cleaner do i need to kill fruit flies.

Also, I don t know what they are eating, there is not fruit or vegetables laying around. There is no half empty bottle of beer. I don t know what they are eating. but they are eating something because they seem to be thriving.

    What should I use?

    Thank you

  • 11.5 x 15.5 picture size needs what size of frame?

Meals on Wheels sold me a 11.5 x 15.5 3D picture. The guy who sold it to me told me to go to Ikea to get a $4 frame.

What size frame do I need and can I just order one on line so I don t have to go all the way to Ikea. Also, Ikea is always packed with people so where else can I get one. And. Is it hard to put them into the fram, meaning, am I too stupid or lazy to do it myself and therefore I should take it somewhere.

  • Best social media management app for single person/sole proprietorship?

I am primarily interested in Twitter. I don t need multiple accounts to fake amplification. I do not have a team that I will need to add later. I do need to be able to schedule posts and it would be nice if I could save those posts so I could use them over again.

  • Semi Frozen boneless chicken thights in a crockpot. Can I cook these safely?

I bought some skinless, boneless chicken thighs from the supermarket. They were not in frozen food, they were with the regular meats but when I got them home I noticed some of them had ice particles and felt half frozen on the bottom part of container (so they looked fresh but at some point had been frozen and were not fully thawed).

Anyway, I just threw them into a crockpot and am wondering if I need to wait until they are fully thawed before I can cook them. (they are chicken thighs, maybe an 1.5 inches thick and already half thawed)

  • Getting a job in the insurance industry?

I have a BS in Business Administration and an AAS as a Paralegal. I would like to get into the insurance industry. It is good money, good pay, and I like paperwork and research. (I could not be a salesman, I am too introverted for that) But I think I might be good as a claims examiner or something like that.

None of the jobs I have applied for (and not been called back on) have required any sort of licensing. Do you think getting the licenses would help? What sort of license does an examiner need.

All the big companies have websites but no contact information for me to ask them these questions. I asked my insurance agent and he did not know anything more than I did.

Is there a forum for people in the insurance industry that can ask on?

How can I talk to someone in that industry?

I even think working as an adjuster would be cool. and it is the sort of thing that I can still do part time when I retire.

There are plenty of independent adjusters but first you need experience, so you really need to be on staff somewhere. Where do I go to find out about all of this stuff?

    Thank you

  • Crock Pot BBQ chicken thighs?

I put some bonelss/skinless frozen chicken thighs into my Crock Pot with about 1/2 bottle of Italian Salad dressing and about 2 bottles of BBQ sauce. It is about done.

Can I save the sauce for another batch later on or is it all used up after the first batch.

If it is still good, should I let it cool off before I add the rest of my Costco frozen thighs to the slow cooker.

Finally, can I freeze some of my BBQ when I am done. I like it for lunches. Plus Costco sells 6.5 pound bags so this should last me for a week.

I'm a bachelor so I am just learning how to cook. Thanks for any help

  • How long will uncooked and un-refrigerated pot roast last before it is dangerous to eat?

I bought a pot roast and put it into my CrockPot with all the vegetables and forgot to turn it on for about 4 hours.

  • Can you make Bacon and Beans in a CrockPot?

Can I soak my beans in a crock pot for a few hours, then add bacon, and turn on the CrockPost and just let it cook for a few hours?

I don t want to fry the bacon. I am not a chef or a home maker and all I need the soup to do is feed me and be somewhat edible.

Does a CrockPot get hot enough to cook bacon so I won t get sick?

  • Hillary Clinton, her wiped clean servers, ESI, and an active investigaion?

Everyone (especially lawyers) ought to know that you do not destroy ESI during an investigation.

Is this the sort of thing that could get her disbarred. I would think the state bar would frown on this.

  • I have some questions that I think revolve around Election.3 of 3?

    Election and Sheol.

The Bible seems to tell us that all souls will go to one of two places. It also says that the wages of sin is death.

Is it possible that only the Elect have everlasting life? So the Elect that harden themselves against God are condemned but the Non-Elect just die. We have a just God, it is difficult for me to reconcile that people who had zero chance of ever knowing or believing in God, because he chose not to send the Holy Spirit to Quicken them, should suffer eternally. For those who knew, and chose to defy I can see eternal damnation as very harsh, but possible outcome.

Are the Non-Elect here as a test for the Elect. To see if we can be led astray. To see if we exhibit kindness, charity, forgiveness, etc. to Children of Wrath. Just as Christ did for us. We are to emulate our Master.

Is there a resource, that covers this topic of theology, that you can point me to. I don't even know what this area of study is called.

  • I have some questions that I think revolve around Election.2 of 3?

If we were in Christ before the foundations of the world, then in the past all mankind was good. Because of the Fall, mankind is born bad.

If all the souls were created in 7 days than are they warehoused in Heaven somewhere? How does God know which soul to put into a child that will have a “crack addict” and a “felon” for parents and which will soul will be placed into the body of a child born to a prosperous Christian family. (I have heard of the notion that God reads the future to know who he will Elect, but I have also heard, and I think more powerful, reason to suggest he doesn’t). God gives mercy and wrath as he sees fit. So he has a reason for mercy and wrath, but what is it.
