  • Masturbation and prostate?

I have been abstaining from masturbation and any other kind of sex) for three months now, and I really enjoy that. I would like to keep it like that for as long as possible, if not forever, but I am concerned on the impact this can have on my prostate. I am 48 and my PSA tests so far were good, so I don’t want to ruin that.

  • PSA test results?

I had my first PSA test two years ago at age 45, which came back as 0.72. The following year was 0.67 and this year is 0.62. I know these are good results. Does anybody know what contributes to lowering PSA. I exercise a lot and take care of my diet and this year I cut down on dairy products quite a lot. And should I be concerned if next year it goes up a little bit, like 0.7 or something?

  • 43 inch TV. Is that the right size?

I just bought a 43 inch TV to put in my bedroom. Watching distance will be maximum 7 feet. Originally thought that any larger than that would be too big and inundate my room, but know I kind of regret it and would like to have gone for the 49 inch. Any thoughts.?

  • Screw from washing machine?

I bought a new washing machine last week and I found that one screw on the bottom part, one of the two that are very close to the front leg and possibly holding it in place, very loose and it cannot be screwed tightly. Should I ignore it. No problem with the washing machine at all.

  • Worried about prostate health?

I had my first PSA test last February at 45.5 years of age. The result was 0.72ng/ml. Upper limit for my age group is 2.5ng/ml. However I have read several studies that say that median PSA value for this age group is 0.70 or 0.72, depending on the study, and that having a baseline reading above the median could have a higher risk of developing prostate cancer in the future.

I know I am the kind of a person who gets really stressed about these things and focus on the very little detail, but I still feel anxious about what I read and I am too worried to do the test again, cause I do not know how I could handle a bad result.

  • Masturbation and prostate health?

I am so overly worried about my masturbation habits and my prostate health. I tend to masturbate for hours once a week or less, but then I get so worried about any negative impact on my prostate and I abstain for weeks or even months.

On the other hand there is scientific evidence that men should masturbate at least 21 times a month to lower the risk of prostate cancer.

The problem is that I cannot use masturbation in moderation. I other do it excessively or abstain for too long.

I like the periods when I abstain because it gives my high spirits, but I am worried if I harm my prostate this way too.

I am 46 years old and my last PSA test was 0.7

  • Are 90 hp for a car engine enough to drive on the highway?

I bought a suzuki swift with 1.2 N/A engine and 90 horse power. I wonder if this isenough to drive on the highway.

There was a 1.0 turbo engine with110 horse power as another option, but at the time of buying I did not realize that there was this option too.

  • Was it a good idea to buy a new car with naturallt aspirated engine?

I recently bought a suzuki swift car which has a naturally aspirated engine. It was kind of a random choice over the turbo version. I did not know all these differences between naturally aspirated and turbo engines when I did the purchace. Now I read on the internet that most car brands do not offer anymore any naturally aspirated engine cars and that this kind of engines will become extinct. Does this mean that my new car soon will become obsolete?

  • Is naturally aspirated engine cars good?

Recently I bought a suzuki swift with a naturally aspirated 1.2 lt , 90 hp. I did not realize then that the other available option of 1.0 lt was a turbo engine of 112 hp. Actually I did not know anything about turbos etc. Now I am having second thoughts whether I should have bought the turbo edition. Any opinions about that?

  • Scratch underneath front bumper?

I have my new car just one week today and I made a small scratch underneath the front bumper. It can only be seen if I look at the bumper from downside, but it still hurts because the car is brand new. I know that this could be OCD but any help (psychological and practical) would be very welcome

  • Worried about my prostate.?

I have already asked this question but I would appreciate more help. I am 45 and have done in the last few years long sessions of masturbation. Some like 3 or 4 hours non-stop every two weeks or so. I am very concerned if this has affected my prostate health and I dread to take the PSA test.

  • Excessive masturbation and prostate?

I am 45 years old and I dread to have a PSA test for prostate because I have engaged in long sessions (3-4 hours) of masturbation for years now. Would that provoke prostate enlargement or cancer?
