  • Aws  hippa question ?

Does AWS scan instances for hippa non compliance and alert on it? Or a 3rd party vendor is required?

I understand they provide a check to be hippa compliant but not sure if they actually check for the user.

  • Swing Trading RSI levels?

Hi, I understand that one of the technical indicators for swing trading is RSI levels. A level of around 30 means oversold, a correction will happen and price will trend up. The opposite is true when RSI is 70. Overbought causing a trend downward.

My question is what chart should I look at? 1 minute, 4 hours, 1 day? Based off different charts, the RSI is different.

  • Cricket bat question ?

Hi all, I am trying to find a cricket bat where the handle is thick. Most of the cricket bats i see all have the same size handle but occasionally I see bats that have a thick handle. I don't know what that's officially called so I have a hard time explaining this to a cricket bat seller. Does anyone on here know?

Again the handle (part where I hold the bat) is thicker compared to other cricket bats.

I noticed that I am able to hit the ball better when the handle is thicker. Weird but fact.

    Thanks!

  • In the money options trading ?

Hi, I am using TD Ameritrade trading app and not understanding why when I chose "buy to open" long call option, the total "ask" estimate is negative. Is it showing negative because this is the amount of my premium?

Additionally, I had a question about "in the money" call option trading. Let's say I purchased 1 call option with strike price of 22.5. The premium is 2.29 and the current market price is 24.85.

    Does that mean, I'd break even at 22.50 + 2.29 = 24.79? And since it's at 24.85, I'm already in profit?

  • How to get rid Of PMI ?

If I make additional payments every month towards the Principle of my loan, will that reduce my PMI? Looking to clear this PMI ASAP.

Also, if I purchase another home and decide to use the single premium pay which is the lumpsump amount added to the loan, the 1 disadvantage is that I cannot refinance becoz that $ will be gone. Anything else?

  • stomach gurgling ?

Hi all, my stomach seems to make noise even after I've ate. This is not the typical hunger noise. Is this gas? I've not been able to go to the bathroom properly for a few days as well. Would laxatives alleviate this problem. As a result, I think my migraine for 2 days is the reason for this.

  • High yield savings account question ?

Hi folks, would it be wise to deposit $20,000 to a high yield savings account all at once without any recurring deposits OR

Deposit a small amount such as $2500 and make recurring deposits that ultimately amount to $20,000.

Not sure if my calculation is correct, but, the latter seems like a better approach. Any thoughts? Feedback. Thanks.

  • True benefit of re-financing a mortgage loan?

Hi, I don't understand the true benefit of refinancing a mortgage loan besides the 1 obvious which is a lower mortgage rate.

a "no-cost closing" just means taking the closing costs and applying it to the loan you're refinancing and that closing cost will be paid over the term of the loan. The way I see it, you're paying interest on the closing cost.

If I decide to pay closing costs up front, the rate may be lower than a no-closing cost, but I'd be paying out of pocket.

Is there a true benefit of re-financing a mortgage? Also, this was my understanding. Am I missing something? or am I incorrect? please help.

Hi folks, trying to get rid of pimples and breakouts in the face region. I have a tendency to "pop" the pimple which leads a dark spot.

    1) Can anyone suggest an acne cream to prevent new breakouts and existing pimples

    2) How can I remove the dark spots not that the pimple has been "popped"?
