    today, i weighed myself (nutritionist told me to once a week) and the scale said 106. am i underweight or normal?

    i do not know if this is 100% accurate, as our scale is 13 years old [>.<].

    cabbage is a food staple for me, and i wanted to know, can eating too much cabbage make you fat??? of course i follow a healthy balanced diet, but i love cabbage..i eat it all the time and a lot of it. not like, a whole cabbage, but 1/2 - 2 cups whenever i have it. thank you!

    all day i had a lot of vegetables and i feel kinda...poofed out. today i had..

    1 slice cucumber

    2 medium radish

    1/4 ring red pepper

    1/4 serving romaine

    1 floweret broccoli

    0.17 cup, chopped cabbage

    1 stalk, medium celery

    0.17 cup slices cucumber

    1 slice, thin/small tomato

    2 sprouts brussel sprouts

    1/4 cup, chopped cabbage

    6 medium baby carrots

    2 rings red pepper

    i didnt fee like combining...but if u figure that with 5 cups of green tea and 3 bottles of plain water.. is this normal

  • i feel sooo fatt right now. i know im not,so is it just liquid?

    i drank alot today and i feel really fat. i know im not(hopefully) so i think its just cuz i drank so much.

    9 cups of green tea (4 in the past 2 hours)

    4 bottles of water (2 in the past 2 hours)

    3 glasses of water (total over the day)

    is it just cuz im full of water?

    i know you cant really tell without a pic, but il do my best to describe.

    im 5'5" and weigh 116.i have muscular calves and thighs and decent biceps..for a girl ^.^. i ride horses, and used to play soccer and lacrosse and softball..but quit..so horseback riding is my main focus. ive lost 42 pounds but i dont see a difference...im the healthiest teen i know..people think im weird that i care.
