I have emailed some photos of our baby to my mum as she wanted to see them. I sent them after discussing with her that she was free to print them off and show people as a proud granny but asked her to retain control of distribution by not posting them on the internet. She has just copied me in to an email where she has basically hit forward to everyone on her friends list. saying "she couldnt help but share". Am i right to be angry about this breach of trust or can email never be regarded as private?4 AnswersFamily1 decade ago
I find myself walking barefooted through the centre of the city and am surprised that i am not wearing shoes. I decide that i have no choice but to continue on my way but need to be careful where i tread. I notice the hardness of the road and paving but am also surprised that there is less to hurt my feet than i expect. However i have no money in the dream to buy new shoes with. During my walkabout i notice a man who has fallen asleep and left his shoes beside him. I look at his shoes and weigh up if they would fit me and whether i should steal them. In the end i decide its morally wrong for me to steal his shoes and quite possibly impractical as well if they are the wrong size and decide to carry on my journey barefooted. I later decide to go in to a bar for a cold beer as i feel very thirsty but there is a problem with the beer pump and i have to try another bar near by. However the barrells are empty in this bar and i cant get a drink here either. I then wake up feeling thirsty.1 AnswerDream Interpretation1 decade ago
I was bidding for a caravan on ebay and won the auction. The seller stated in the ad that "they reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale if it fails to achieve a fair price". The auction ended and i believe the price was fair but i got an email from the seller saying they were now refusing to sell as the price was too low. Is there anything i can do to force the seller to sell me the caravan? e.g. go to small claims court?9 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade ago

Hi i am picking up an older car which only has a cassette player in it. Obviously i am not a complete dinosaur and would like something a bit more updated than that. Is it better to replace the unit with a cd player or perhaps mp3 might be better as i like to download music? also my cd's tend to get a bit scratched up.4 AnswersCar Audio1 decade ago

1)after all its a phone in lottery rather than a true competiotion isnt it?
2)There is no control over the odds a phone in caller faces of winning or the amount of profit the operator can make.13 AnswersGambling1 decade ago
Obviously i am not suggesting going on to privte land and hacking down trees. But if the council cut down trees or branches as part of keeping roads clear and then leaves the logs by the roadside; Can i just take them home fot the wood burner or is it theft if i dont get permission?13 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade ago

would it be better if labour trully represented the left and the tory's the right like they used to?

i believe that individuals can do as they please so long as they dont harm others. i also think big buisness inherantly serves its own needs and that individual citizens with much less power than corporations need a measure of protection from being exploited by buisness. am i the only person in the uk who thinks this way in a world of free market economics and paranoia of individuals with radical ideas?12 AnswersOther - Politics & Government1 decade ago
