  • Women voters: John McCain stated we need more education & training to be equal. How does this make you feel?

The House recently passed the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act legislation that would broaden the statute of limitations for women to file a claim for gender wage discrimination . It currently is a miniscule 180 days. This Act was just presented to the Senate in which the Republicans blocked it. John McCain made the statement that women just need more education and training to make more money. Smart move to gain the votes of American women! Do we need a candidate that wants to restrict the rights of women? How does this comment make you feel?

  • Obama denies taking $ from lobbyists-So why has he accepted 1,700.000+ in bundled $ from registered lobbyists?

It is a known fact that politicians take money from lobbyists. The distinction is that Obama has denied this adamently and even made commercials about it. He claims he is "different". However, his lobbyists are bundling the money under their names to make it harder to trace. Here is the link that shows the registered lobbyists that have recently contributed over 1,700,000.

  • How will Obama help the foreclosure crisis when his finance campaign mgr,Penny Pritzker owned a subprime bank?

Obama during speeches and debates pledged to help with the foreclosure crisis and crack down on subprime lenders. However, his own finance campaign chair owned Superior Bank. Superior Bank was one of the original lending institutions to use their investors to buy sub-prime mortgages. After investigation the bank was shut down in 2002 by the OTS and FDIC. The investigation showed It engaged in deceptive and faulty lending, questionable accounting practices, and charged hidden fees. A disproportionate number of them were minority. Wanting to avoid a lawsuit, the secretive Pritzkers quickly agreed to what the FDIC hailed in December as the biggest settlement they had ever negotiated. The Pritzkers would pay $100 million immediately, then $360 million over 15 years. As of September 2002, according to FDIC figures, the insurance fund was still out $440 million after this settlement. Why would Obama place Penny Pritzker as his campaign finance mgr ?

  • When the going gets tough Obama goes on vacation. Does this remind you of Pres. Bush?

Obama is vacationing after his scandal with his racist church . After the passport issue was brought up to deflect attention to this scandal didn't work because Clinton and McCain had also experienced this breach of privacy. He goes on vacation. Bush also retreated to his ranch or went on vacations to avoid issues and criticism. Is this what we have to look forward to IF he is elected?

  • Did anyone see Maureen Dowd on Larry King? Is she becoming the new "villain of journalism"?

Maureen Dowd appeared on Larry King Live tonight. She said all candidates are "fair game" as a journalist, which should be true. But, however her answer's to Larry's questions were biased against Hillary Clinton. Perhaps because she is known for her Pulitzer on her columns covering Monica Lewinsky. She spoke favorably of Obama and dismissed his controversial issues. She has been criticized for her comments slamming Katie Couric, Hillary Clinton, to name a few. She has trivialized the campaign of women politicians aside from Hillary. She has been criticized by liberals & feminists. However, she has also received criticism from conservatives for her columns on the Bush Administration. Thus, she is disliked by liberals and conservatives alike. She has been called the new villian of journalism. Do you agree and if you saw her on Larry King what are your thoughts?

  • Does anyone know the real story behind Obama's grandmother's comments he mentioned in his speech?

In Obama's speech he made this comment about his 85 yr old white grandmother:

"a woman who once confessed her fear of black men who passed by her on the street, and who on more than one occasion has uttered racial or ethnic stereotypes that made me cringe."

But, according to Obama's 1995 book, it is not at all true that she "once confessed her fear of black men who passed by her on the street." Instead, she once confessed her fear of one aggressive black beggar who didn't pass by her but instead confronted her, demanded money, and then gave her -- an intelligent, level-headed woman who had worked her way up to a mid-level corporate management position -- good reason to believe he would have violently mugged her if her bus hadn't pulled up.

Do you feel this misrepresentation of the truth in his speech is a good indication of his character?

  • In 2005 Obama bought his home for 1.65 million with Tony Rezko's wife buying the lot next door.?

In June 2005 Obama bought his home for 1.65 million the seller only wanted to sell the home with the adjoining lot next door. Obama did not have the money to buy the extra lot so his friend Tony Rezko whom toured the home with Obama had his wife to purchase this lot for 625,000 to allow the purchase to be made. This is at the same time that creditors were pursuing Rezko for 10 million. Obama admits that Rezko's unlawful action had surfaced at the time. But, will not disclose any other facts. Does anyone else find this shady??

  • Michelle Obama's Princeton Thesis on Racial Divide has been removed from Princeton until Nov 08.?

Michelle Obama's thesis was on the Racial Divide of blacks and white's at Princeton. In an election that is not supposed to be based on race it seems ironic his own wife made her major college study about racism. It is also hypocritical that her thesis has been removed from Princeton's library until Nov 2008. What are your thoughts on this?

  • Dr. Laura blames Eliot Spitzer's wife on the Today Show for his affair with a prostitute.?

Does anyone find this hypocritical?? She blames wives in general during her Today show interview for a husband's infidelity. She stated that women need to show attention to their husbands and if they don't they will seek attention elsewhere. Dr. Laura, who really isn't a doctor, has been married twice. She had an affair with Dr. Bishop whom she eventually married. Then cheated on him with Bill Ballance and had a nude picture scandal. Yet, she chastises women for living with men prior to marriage and blames women for a husband's cheating. It seems as if she is advocating her own home wrecking ways. She has wrote books such as The Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands. She seems to relate more to the prostitute's Elliot Spitzer associates with. What do you think about her blaming the wife when her own past is torrid with infedility scandal. Do you consider her a hypocrite?

  • Legally, speaking does the victims of Daniel Snay have any legal remedies to obtain his 10 mil lottery win??

In January child molestor Daniel Snay won 10 million dollars off a Massachussets lottery ticket. Snay's crimes occurred in the 70's and 80's and he is deemed a Level 3 sex offender which is the most serious level. Aside from the fact he failed to report he had moved from Connecticut in 2004 to Massachussets. Do the victim's of his crimes have any legal recourse to obtain the money he won for their pain and suffering? I am sure the statute of limitations has long expired but do the victims have any basis for a lawsuit??

  • Take a look at what the biased media will not show you on the Oprah, Shriver, & Kennedy Obama rally!?

The news coverage on CNN, MSNBC, etc has been biased towards the Hillary campaign. The media is obsessed with Obama and will not give the Clinton campaign equal coverage. The commentators are vicious and do not cover the news accurately. I urge everyone to take a look at the "Magical" rally in CA when Oprah, Shriver, and Kennedy pubically spoke for Obama. You did not see these empty seats on the news coverage. It's all about the magical camera angles. What do you think about this?? Please look at the link before commenting:
