  • Does social services have to inform me that they are going to speak to my child?

My daughter came home from school today late, and said it was because she had to have a chat with another girl, that girls social worker and a teacher.

The other girl has said she hasn't been going to school as she is scared of my daughter, but there have been 2 incidences in the last week where this girl has been outside my house threatening to beat up my daughter.

The question i have is whether I should have been informed of this meeting as social services are involved, as of yet the school and social services haven't said anything to me, I have only heard what my daughter has said.

She is 12, not sure if that would make a difference.

  • My breasts are really sore, is it because of my preterm labour?

I went into labour on tuesday night, i was 32 weeks 4 days. They managed to stop it and i have been given steroid injections just in case he tries to come again.

Ever since then my breasts have been going tingly and sore. I feels like when your milk comes in after you have the baby. Is this normal?

Also i haven't been told whether i can still have sex or not, is it safe still or shall i wait until after the baby is born. I was just told to take it easy and not to get too stressed.

  • What do you think of Dylan Robert?

Me and my husband have decided we both like Dylan and want Robert as a middle name as its my dads name.

The only problem i have is one of my friends has just called her son Dylan. I don't really see her that much anymore, and i really like the name, do you think it would annoy her if i call my little boy Dylan too?

  • Why do you seem to have more stresses when pregnant?

Ok this is a bit of a rant, im having the worst month ever.

I had the great news that im having a boy, im so happy about that, then all the crap gets in the way of me being excited.

The freezer and washer/dryer broke the same day, 2 things i can't do without. Both the cars are due to be taxed on friday and my husbands work didn't pay him for all his holiday so he's a weeks wages short.

Im so organised with money, but on a tight budget i haven't got an allowance for nightmares like this.

Im just soo stressed and im hoping next month is a lot better.

  • Problems with a car i bought, help?

I bought a car at the end of may 09. Since then i have found that the tax is not valid as it is registered disabled and the car has outstanding finance.

When i bought it they gave me a print out of an HPI check for the car, but it didn't say anything about finance on it.

I have decided to sell the car and this is how i found out about this mess.

    What do i do?

  • No movement yet, is this normal?

Im 19weeks + 2 days and i haven't felt anything yet. This is my 4th baby and I felt movement really early with my other children, around 15 weeks.

Im going to go and see the doctor tomorrow but I just wanted everyones opinion while im waiting.

Also my morning sickness has come back and i have really bad headaches. I know its not my blood pressure as i have low blood pressure not high.

The last week i have struggled to get out of bed as i have felt so ill, and having 3 children its getting really hard just to get by each day.

Any good answers would be a great help.

  • How do i stop my 20month old from climbing?

My daughter climbs up everything. We had to move her out of her cot into a bed as she kept climbing it then falling out. Now she is trashing the bedroom every morning. We have rearranged her bedroom as she was climbing in the window and on top of the chest of drawers.

I caught her climbing up the garden fence a few weeks ago. Its got to the stage where i have to take her to the toilet with me as i can't take my eyes off her for 2 seconds.

It getting quite hard as i am pregnant and still have morning sickness, so i spend most of my time in the bathroom.

  • What could cause this?

My cat has put on a lot of weight over the last month. Mostly round her stomach and her nipples are sticking out. She has also become quite lazy the last few days. The only time she has ever been like this was when she was pregnant, but i had her spayed last year. Are there any other conditions that could cause these symptoms?

  • Could my dates be wrong?

I getting a bit worried about my dates. The doctor says I am 5 weeks and 2 days. My last period was 8th March, but I have been having unusual periods since january.

    January 10th 3days

    January 22nd 4days

    February 5th 6days

    March 8th 5 days

They were lighter than my usual periods but i am usual heavy.

I am usually regular. I think I can feel my uterus above my pubic bone, I have had 3 children already but have never had this before.

I won't be having a scan until the end of May, could this cause trouble with dating if I am further along.

  • Is identical twins genetic?

I have just found out that I am pregnant with my 4th child. As my husbands father is an identical twin and there are identical twins further back in his family im getting a bit paranoid.

I read that the chances increase the more children you have had and also if you are overweight, which i am.

I don't really want twins but I'm getting a bit worried as im getting bigger already.

  • Contraception?

How soon after giving birth do you need to start using contraception? Im breastfeeding as well and i've been told this delays ovulation. I don't want another baby yet, but still undecided on long term contraception choice.

  • Can a bad shock bring on labour?

Today I was very nearly in a car accident. I was stuck at the back of a traffic jam and could see a car in my rear view mirror coming up very fast. I was so scarred as i had no where to go. Luckily the driver realised that it was a traffic jam and swerved at the last minute. I have been getting strong pains ever since but they are not coming regularly. Im 36 1/2 weeks gone, and was admitted to hospital last week with regular contractions but they stopped after a few hours.
