I'm going to be making a cake for Dr. Seuess's birthday. I'd like to make one of those mad-hatter, lopsided cakes, but I don't need a bunch of tiers. I think a three layer 9 inch round would be great, but I'm debating whether I need supports inside. I made one before and used supports, but that was three tiers. Just one, three layer, lopsided top. Anybody dealt with something like this? At what level do you need to start adding dowels?1 AnswerCooking & Recipes1 decade ago
Does it offend anyone that the fiance of Peter Phillip, a British Royal, has had to renounce Catholicism because it is against the law in England for any person in line for the throne to be or married to a Catholic?11 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade ago
Do the non-Christians out there actually see a difference in attitudes, doctrines, etc. of the different sects of Christianity, or do you see us as all the same?15 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade ago
I've seen a lot of people suggesting that parents should not be allowed to teach their children their religion. Some go so far as to suggest making it illegal. What worries me is many seem to believe them as well.
Please tell me this isn't true. Do people actually believe that parents should not have the right to be the primary educators of their own children? Please tell me your views and your religion/non-religion.30 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade ago
