• What are the most evil Arrowverse villian plans <spoilers as of Flash 4.20>?

In this episode, we learn that DeVoe's plan is to make everyone so dumb they cannot use technology. This would mean civilization would collapse. We wouldn't have the organization or tech to make enough food. The majority of the 7 billion people on Earth would die from a combination of violent upheaval and mass starvation. Yet all season,... show more

We wouldn't have the organization or tech to make enough food. The majority of the 7 billion people on Earth would die from a combination of violent upheaval and mass starvation. Yet all season, the show has been setting the DeVoe's up as if they are misguided but not evil. Their plan necessarily condemns BILLIONS to death. Yet Marlize goes off the rails to protect a single security guard? This makes no sense. Zoom had a plan to destroy the entire multiverse, so I guess he wins #1, but the DeVoe plan has to be #2, right? What other plans are in the ballpark?

  • Is the Krypton portrayed in Krypton (SyFy) at all true to the comics?

So when I saw the dystopian, tyrannical, dark, medieval, brooding Krypton portrayed in SyFy's new Krypton series, I was pretty taken aback. This Krypton doesn't even realize there are other worlds. They're SO ADVANCED, yet they have no idea that other civilizations exist. Is this portrayal as big a departure to the comics as I think it is? I'd always thought Krypton was supposed to represent an idealized hyper-advanced peaceful civilization. This one very much isn't.

  • You have a superpower. Now what?

Tomorrow, you wake up with a superpower. You somehow know that no explanation is possible. -What SINGLE power did you get (don't cheat with omnipotence or anything like that, choose something unusual)? -What will you do with it? -If you become a hero/villain, what's your code name? -What's your costume look like?

  • What's up with Supergirl and clones in New52?

Been reading the New52 TPBs for Supergirl. I've therefore been quite confused by crossovers and info not presented. One of the confusing recurring themes is that Kara HATES clones for some reason that is never explained (at least not yet where I am) in the series. What's up with that? Is it some Superman thing that explains it?

She mocks Alex at one point for studying "molecular blah-blah". Max Lord calls her "muscles" at one point, plainly dismissing her intelligence. Sure, she does flash smarts every once in awhile, but seldomly. Seems like inconsistent characterization.
