• How to legally bottle and sell my own juice?

I have an idea for a drink that I think I want to bottle and sell. I've looked online but cannot find anything on what legal procedures I need to do so. I'm not talking about trademarks and starting a business things, but what permissions I need to obtain to sell something people consume. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I don't mean to check your own score, but if someone legally gave you permission to check their score(s), on average how much would that cost?

  • Rule of thumb, should we file jointly or separately?

I understand there are many things that'll determine the better option of filling jointly or married but separately, but I'm hoping you all can give me an idea. I make 110k/y my wife to be <20k/y, state of GA. We have 1 child, previously I've let my wife claim her for the deductions, prior to being married of course. Thanks

I worked for a company for 2.5 years and was recently fired for "performance reasons". Last year, I was graded a 5 out of 5 on my reviews, which is the highest and rare. This year, I was on a project with 2 individuals who I felt mistreated me. I am a minority (AA male ), while the other two, manager and senior manager, are also (white female and Asian male). I felt that the senior manager was unfairly mistreating me and I reported it to another senior manager. The mistreatment continued for the entire 6 week engagement. Afterwards, my reviews from that project was horrible, and I feel over exaggerated. I was put on a performance improvement plan. Since then, I was on another project nearly four months. End of year was wrapping up and my reviews are all amazing, all 4s and 5s. Just prior to the time when we are to be reviewed, I was terminated due to performance. I have since heard that in addition to the negative feedback, it was said that I would miss meetings due to interviewing for other jobs. Even if this was true, they would have not known this. The manager would make comments around me that "some people didn't belong here and should look work elswhere". I am assuming she thought I took heed and went looking for work. I had a bad deal here and have always been a high performing employee. Do I have any recourse or legal case? I know I should just move on, and that was the plan, but losing my job has taking a huge toll on my family. Thanks

If it matters, I doubt the story and believe someone just made a cash offer and they jumped at it. Thanks
