• How many boxes of Swiss Rolls do I have to eat until it is considered an "Addiction" and "Unhealthy"?

    During marching band season we did this thing called secret psych, its like a secret Santa but to get people hyped for an event. Until recently, I have realized I requested Little Debbie's Swiss rolls as the food in the food category of the psych slip for each of the marching band competitions we have participated in.My friends know me well and followed through with getting me Swiss rolls, but instead of releasing the kracken on these puppies I have saved up all of the boxes of Swiss Rolls in my instrument locker (I don't use it for instrument storage because the tuba does not fit in there and it is better that way) Ive gone through two boxes of Swiss Rolls in one day already and friends concerned about my well being. These treats are velvety and creamy and I love them dearly, but are two whole boxes a warning sign of addiction, and is this unhealthy?
