Ok so as i said i need a program but i havent added enough info:
Monday : Gym
Tuesday : Krav Maga
Wednesday : Rest
Friday : Gym
Saturday : Bicycle for 1-3 hours or more.
Sunday : Krav Maga
So thats 1 rest day , 2 if you count the bicycle day.
Supplements : Pro 10 All in One
Food : lots of meat , water , veggies , fruit , if i eat sweets its a mix of banana + pudding + biscuits.
I went to a gym for 2 months , about 7 months ago , so im a begginer.
Im going to this new gym for a couple of days , it has almost everything except the moving track machine and epileptical machine.
I also have about 5 - 15 KG of fat that i wanna get rid of , but gaining strenght is a priority , when i gain enough strenght then ill switch out the gym days with bicycle or running days.
I am 16 years old , 83 KGs (182 lbs)
189 centimeters of height , 6 feet 2 inches (6"2')
Just to point out : If i could get to a professional trainer to give me advice i wouldnt be posting this question here.
