How long has the Bible been compiled? How long has it been preserved? It was completed in about the year of 98, when the last of John's writings were added. If God wanted anything else to be included, do you not think he would have made it so? He preserved it even when people were even being burned at the stake for even owning a Bible. It's only reasonable that the Bible is just how God wanted it. Just as he has preserved it down to this day. - - - - And God wants us to use our power of reason on matters of importance, just as the scripture shows here - Romans 12:1 - Therefore, I appeal to you by the compassions of God, brothers, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, a sacred service with your POWER OF REASON. - - - - It would be unreasonable to think that God Almighty didn't include the "Apocrypha" in his Word, had he wanted it there! - Regarding the Bible, in it's current state - or compilation - note what it says of itself (God has preserved it in this state) - 2 Timothy 3:16 & 17 - 16 All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, 17 so that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work. - - - - Yes, the Bible as it has been compiled and preserved all down through history, is enough for any man to be completely equipped, and fully competent in matters pertaining to God and our worship of him.
