Now I know based on the title of this question its sounds silly, but hear me out. So awhile back I decided to bleach my arm hair with peroxide. I did not want to shave it, but thought it was a bit longer than others so I trimmed it, I guess you could say and then bleached it with peroxide. It worked but after maybe a month or so it began growing back dark. By growing back I mean the hair follicle was dark and hair strand was blonde. I thought maybe from my "trim" my hair is beginning to grow a little longer and obviously dark because that is my original color. So for a awhile I did nothing and then a couple days ago decided to bleach it again. This time the same thing began happening where the root of my newly bleached arm hair is growing dark, but this time only after a few days. To make it clear I did not "trim" my arm hair this time so it should not be growing at all especially dark! I find this od because I have used peroxide on my hair and know how damaging it can be and that it does not stimulate hair growth on your head at least, but does it on facial hair and arm hair?
