I want to lose about 25-35 pounds. I'm currently about 210 pounds. I don't have access to a gym, so I was going to go walking in the mornings . Will walking for a couple of hours in the mornings be good enough for cardio? In addition to that there are videos on YouTube that involve dumbells that I was going to do for my arms. And other things like squats, side squats, leg lifts, leg circles, etc. for my legs.
