• When did being ignored become the worst insult?

Its odd to me that people just start talking on their phone with earbuds in. "Are you going to Dave's tonight?" randomly in an elevator. So when they do it to you in real life and you're not sure if their on their phone, they get mad. Couldn't all this be solved if we brought back "hello..."

  • Does this sum up the human condition?

Someone wrote "I love you" on a minor celebrity's instagram, followed by, in 1 minuet intervals, "could you follow me please?" "Follow me too?" "follow?" and so on. Or to paraphrase "please love me, oh god oh god oh god!!!"

  • If you don't have empathy then you wouldn't project, right?

The defense mechanism projects is where you hate people because you see in them something you hate about yourself. But it's safer for your ego to attack it in them than yourself. So if you don't have empathy for whatever reason, you wouldn't project right? Is that why "jerks" tend to be popular? They are refreshingly real but... show more

  • Does this sum up why you suck?

I heard a mom scream to her kid "come inside, you're too fragile!" Unless he's dying of some horrible disease, but strong enough to be playing outside in the first place, I can't see how someone can be too fragile. How does she expect him to get un-fragile?

  • Why are pop songs all about being needy?

They all seem to be about "I'll never leave you, you are beautiful no matter what the boys say.." Out of context some are pretty creepy, one about how "i'll keep you to myself and never let you go." eww.

  • Why do women do what they are "supposed to" and then complain about it?

Such as they are supposed to be thin and submit to men. They do it and then complain that they held themselves to that standard themselves. I'm supposed to respect women and feel bad about myself. I don't.

  • Does a good gun with a gun stop a bad guy with a gun?

Even at Parkland, we are generally mad that the cop with a gun didn't stop the bad guy with a gun. So why are we trying to have less guns? There were no guns in the school already.

  • The news is making a point of social media being the way to make a change. Are they being paid by Facebook?

When you watch TV, it says you will die if you don't get on Facebook and protest. Isn't that just perfect marketing? Log in and give me clicks or you will die, is that what they are saying?

  • Does this explain women in the gym?

Ellie Goulding says she runs around the gym and thinks men are judging her. I would be dumbfounded too if someone were running around the gym not only because you can do that on treadmills or outside for free, but she's going to trip or knock someone else over. It's like saying don't judge me for benchpressing on the highway.

  • Anyone else notice women tend to be inconsiderate at the gym?

Everyone's some sort of jerk but women in the weights area always seem to be in the way, humping the air while blocking 5 things and hording 12 dumbbells, 2 bands, and a roller.
