I'm looking for music that specifically makes you feel like a total badass but at the same time is not so jarring that you can't even think clearly (so no death metal or anything). Ideally some action movie music would be good like some of the tracks from the soundtrack of Bourne Identity. The problem with that is that they sometimes have dramatic sounding synths in them which add unwanted tension to the music. So that kind of music without the tension inducing aspect would be perfect. One perfect song that I listen to is the Mission Impossible theme song. However that's just one song and I need more! lol What are some more songs like what I described above?

But I recently read that Iceland has just made it illegal for there to be a gender pay gap in any office in Iceland. But if its a myth, then why did Iceland just do that, and how can they even prove that a pay gap exists in an office? Are you seriously telling me that if you go to an office which have both a man and woman working in the same section with the same credentials, that the man will have a salary higher than the woman? That sounds bizarre!

I've often added colleagues and university classmates on facebook, even if I've just had really brief friendly interactions with them. So they're not my close friends, but still they're people that I know from uni or school. Sometimes whenever I make a facebook post or upload a picture, my friends list goes down by a point or two and then I search random names and find out who's unfriended me. Why do they do this!? I've never had any unpleasant interactions with them. And I know they don't hate me or anything because they've pressed the like button many times on my posts. And I don't post any obscene stuff or even politically incorrect stuff on Facebook. So I don't know why they'd unfriend me. I graduated from uni a while ago, but still why would they make that decision to unfriend, I mean that's a pretty serious thing isn't it? Even if I wasn't interacting with someone on a daily basis, I'd still keep them on my facebook friendlist because its always nice to keep in touch. And I don't even make posts that often.

I was wondering if there was an app, program or plugin of some kind out there, that'll help you sing along to the chords that you're playing on the guitar? I know there are singing apps and games which have pre recorded famous songs like Christmas carols and nursery rhymes and guide you in singing those, but I'm looking for an program that will take into account a chord I'm playing on the guitar and give me some kind of a guide as to how I can sing that. Anything like this out there?

However I have to turn the gain up really high (almost to full), when I record vocals. And my vocals still sound kind of weak and thin. I have used virtual preamp plugins and they help make the vocals sound a little fuller and better. However I'm wondering if I should buy an actual preamp and connect my mic through that? Would that be a waste of money or would it greatly improve the quality of my recordings? At first I was thinking about getting a new mic, but I've been told that the sm57 is actually good for vocals. Plus since its a directional mic its perfect for bedroom recording because I sometimes have background noise from outside which I have to filter out from my recordings.

I feel like the game isn't even fun if everyone is so fast because it makes the whole experience very unrealistic. That's not how real terrorists and cops fight. I'd say the single player mode was more realistic. However I am pretty good at Rocket League. Never been intimidated by that. Why am I finding Shooters so hard to master when I can master Rocket League easily?

It still sounds pretty good however all the screws have a really rusted look and the pickups look kind of mossy. And I have a Line 6 spider iv 15 watt amp. When connected to the amp especially at crunch and high gain settings, the pickups emit a noise even when I'm not playing anything. I used to play metal, however now I play rock and blues. And I'm starting to think these pickups are not suited for blues music. Do you think I should buy a new guitar or just get new pickups? Or a new amp? I used to play guitar just for fun but now I'm thinking about playing live and recording professional quality songs. So at the moment I'm deciding between a new guitar, new pickups, or a new gigging amp (100 watts). Ideally I'd like to buy all 3 but I'm deciding which is the most important right now so I can buy that first. If pickups are the answer, then what pickups would you recommend? I play crunchy, hard hitting style rock and blues music. Stuff like SRV, Rolling Stones, Ted Nugent, etc.

I've had it for over 5 years and I found it satisfactory. The tone and sound quality is great. A lot of people say its a crappy amp, but I don't think it is. It sounds pretty authentic to me. When I say authentic I mean that it doesn't sound digital or screechy. It sounds like what a guitar amp should sound like - pleasant to the ears but also packing a punch. However now I'm looking for something that I can use to play blues and hard rock music. Something like Ted Nugent or ZZ Top. I'm looking for a warm, fat, bluesy sounding amp. I know the best amp for that is a tube amp but I am on a budget of $300. I'm also looking for something that sounds powerful but at the same time can be used in a bedroom. What amps would you recommend?

You see I record rock songs, and until now I have been recording them using computer amp simulators like Bias FX. They sound good, however I'm trying to make my recordings sound more professional. And the only way to do that is by micing actual amps. So does this amp sound good on a recording? But today while I was playing it, the amp suddenly started sounding very weak and muffled. And also when I change the tone presets on my amp, they all sound like the clean tone. The metal tone and the insane high gain tone sound clean. I've individually increased the drive and the master volume but there's no difference. And yes the tone and volume knob on my guitar is fine. I've tested it with two guitars, so I think the problem is definitely in the amp. What could have caused this? Is it time to buy a new amp or can I repair this amp?
