On December 19th the Electoral College meets to finalize their Nov.9th votes. Now before anyone gets to excited I do not think anything will change, but it is interesting to think about. There are no federal laws that bind the Electoral College delegates to their Nov 9th votes. However there are 29 states that have laws that do (they can still change in those states by paying a $1,000 fine). Keep in mind that Electoral College delegates are usually party elites, i.e. Bill Clinton is a delegate in New York, George Bush Jr a delegate in Texas, etc., so vote changes rarely happen. Bound Delegates - Hillary 151, Trump 135, 16 undecided (Michigan has not been called either way yet) Unbound Delegates - Hillary 81, Trump 155 Wouldn't a major change of delegate votes be an interesting twist?

When President Clinton went to North Korea 2 get those too hostages home he wanted to take one of his aides with him, he applied for a Visa for that age and his wife’s State Department denied it. Now let’s talk about Donald Trump and Pam Bondi the dynamic duo of pay for play. Pam Bondi announced that she was going to join with other attorney generals across the country to investigate Trump University. Two weeks later she gets a $25,000 check from the Trump Foundation and announces that she no longer is going to be pursuing Trump University’s legally. After that Trump throws a lavish Gala for her at Mar-A-Lago. That’s the definition of pay for play. Corruption at its finest and Donald Trump has been honest about telling us over and over again how he paid politicians so they would do his bidding. Now we have proof that he was not lying. http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/colu...

The Act created the State Small Business Credit Initiative, which was funded with $1.5 billion to strengthen state programs that support lending to small businesses and small manufacturers. The State Small Business Credit Initiative is expected to help spur up to $15 billion in lending to small businesses. Under the State Small Business Credit Initiative, participating states will use the federal funds for programs that leverage private lending to help finance small businesses and manufacturers that are creditworthy, but are not getting the loans they need to expand and create jobs. The State Small Business Credit Initiative will allow states to build on successful models for state small business programs, including collateral support programs, Capital Access Programs (CAPs) and loan guarantee programs. Existing and new state programs are eligible for support under the State Small Business Credit Initiative.
