Im 14 years old and just learned that I'm barely, if not, not affected by caffeine. I do know that most of the bad things that happen to people when they consume caffeine is because of the affects it has. But, the burning question that i have, and yes ive tried looking it up (obviously didnt get anywhere), is "since caffeine doesnt affect me really, is it still as unhealthy for me?" I have consumed a little over 150mg of caffeine before and there wasnt a change at all and this happened a couple years ago. Help?
