Well , I know all about what breads are not good, and what breads are the healthiest for you to consume . But these are all based on commercially made breads .
But , I can't find anything comparing fresh made .bakery Italian or french loaf breads . They have to be much better for you since they contain nothing but , flour , water . yeast and a little salt . I believe white bread gets a bad wrap because they are comparing commercially made bread brands , not fresh made or bakery white breads . Can anyone clear this up for me .? Thanks
