Will the 40% be upset that they were not listed too or glad that at least they were able to have their voices heard? The other option is to just say here is the new rule. It is put in place because it will make a majority of workers job easier. I think I may have a no win situation where the goal is to make work easier for people.

Where can I find a loan with no closing costs? I have good credit, but I do not have $2000+ to afford to refinance. This will result in a higher interest rate, but it still should be lower than what I am currently paying.

  • Gas furnace will not respond.?

I have a gas furnace hooked up to a digital thermostat. We recently did some electrical work around the home so we had the breakers turned on and off a few times. Now the Furnace will not turn on. We checked and the furnace is still getting power. When I turn up the thermostat the little fire light turns on, but the furnace does nothing.

  • Is this a wash rule multiple purchases this year and last?

I purchased stock over a year ago at $12.00/share. Last week I purchased more at $9.00 a share. Since then the stock has gone back up to $11.00 share. So if I sell my stock I would sell the oldest at a loss, even though my short term stock is up. Is this considered a wash where I cannot claim the loss on the original purchase?

  • Should I wash my car in the winter?

Sure, I can wash may car, but it is just going to get dirty the next day. Does it help that the road salt from Monday is gone and now I have road salt from Thursday on the car? If so then wouldn't I just get the same results driving through slush puddles. It will wash of the old and put new crap on the car.
