• Lose weight or immedietely go straight to building muscle? Please read?

    Hi. I'm a female, and i weigh 134 lbs. for my height and weight, my BMI is 23.6. Which means I am .6 overweight. I do have a layer of fat in my arms and butt and stomach (sides.. Some on gut..     Hi. I'm a female, and i weigh 134 lbs. for my height and weight, my BMI is 23.6. Which means I am .6 overweight. I do have a layer of fat in my arms and butt and stomach (sides.. Some on gut.. Barely) and then some thighs. Lots of people say just lose the weight first, but I'm really not obese at all, I just have some fat on me, which I'd be doing cardio as well. My real goal is to get thicker and more muscular thighs and butt, and I understand you need to eat more to promote muscle growth, but I don't want to necessarily gain anymore weight, so what I'd be doing is leg and booty exercises 2-3 times a week, and doing some cardio, and eating my normal amount of calories I'd be eating regularly. I know with this i wont see significant muscle growth, but I'll be losing weight too, and once i feel good about where I'm at, I'd start eating more for an actual significant growth. Does this sound like a bad plan? I have almost no patience for a lot of things, and that's why weightloss alone and then muscle build would kill me. Please be honest, thnx.

    Hi, I went to the orthodontist last Wednesday, and since then I've been brushing in the morning and night, and flossing at night. On the first two nights, it bled. But it hasn't lately, but my gums are still puffy and stuff. What else can I do?

    hi!! Well I've had braces for 7 months now, and lol in my whole life I've never flossed, and when I went to the ortho, they told me my gums are really puffy and i need to start flossing, so I took the pledge.. And started flossing. I do it in the morning after breakfast and before i sleep. And although, it's time consuming, it's fun... show more

Well I've had braces for 7 months now, and lol in my whole life I've never flossed, and when I went to the ortho, they told me my gums are really puffy and i need to start flossing, so I took the pledge.. And started flossing. I do it in the morning after breakfast and before i sleep. And although, it's time consuming, it's fun for me and I did something good for myself and my ortho and my parents (money) and it makes me happier! But When I floss i do it after i brush, and when I floss.. Nothing comes out on the string? Is there nothing really there cause i got it out with the brushing or did i just push it downward whatever food was there? Please help.. Why is this? Btw i have an electric toothbrush if that helps.

See the thing is, I'm not extremely overweight, I just have some fat on me, but I really want a bigger butt so i need to get my stomach smaller so that it appears larger and looks better, I want to do like 30 minutes of HIIT 5 days each week for 2-3... show more

See the thing is, I'm not extremely overweight, I just have some fat on me, but I really want a bigger butt so i need to get my stomach smaller so that it appears larger and looks better, I want to do like 30 minutes of HIIT 5 days each week for 2-3 weeks and see how I look, and eat under 1,500 calories a day (that's how much I think I should be eating.), something like that.. I don't want a complicated routine, I don't want a strict routine that I'll dread working out... Any ideas? Please help

    I've never flossed in my whole life, I'm 13. I've tried it multiple times though, but was never consistent. :-( I know, really bad! I went to the ortho today (braces. 7 months in) and they told me i have unhealthy gums and she flossed one for me that was really puffy and it bled a lot. I don't like it one bit and it's all my fault. I really dont want to disappoint my dentist and i want healthier teeth, i have some really puffy areas and stuff, and it looks like some parts are really weak and gonna come off. What should I do? Although I DO have insanity. And I want to do that but the only tv in the house with a DVD player is the main one everyone one watches on. I'm 15 and I have 5 people in my house. 4. I have no time whatsoever :( So what I am asking really, is how can I motivate myself to exercise? What is a full on diet plan for me? Do you have a weight loss video I can do?
